Herd: Bullet's

Herd Rank: Normal herd mare

Thinks of Bullet as: A cousin or rolemodel

Personality: Kind, caring, helpful, broken, sensitive, protective, will put on a fight if needed

History: As a foal, she witnessed her parents being eaten by a cougar. But then she fell asleep as if sedated, and when she woke up she saw a young foal only a bit older than her, her now- step- brother, Acarapi. They became so close they considered themselves siblings, and it's been that way since. They grew up together, colt and foal to stallion and filly. They lived with Bullet, another stallion their age, for quite a bit, and then they were on their own for a little while. When Talise was on a walk on her own one of those days, she found a resemblance between herself and this older, more braver looking stallion. She could count the beats of his heart slowly dying, she could understand his thoughts, everything. Talise knew this was an unknown brother of hers. His name was Marichi, not many people knew him or knew that he had a sister. Talise was torn. She saw a cougar up ahead. She read her brother's mind, and found out that he had been alive for longer than she herself had been, and that he knew that she was a relative, and was going to protect her from the cougar. She felt so bad that her brother's last act would be protecting her from death, but instead, it was his death. She decided to run, sensing Marichi's warning coming from his last breath withdrawn. She and Acarapi ran away from their lives their, and decided to find Bullet, which they did. Talise still couldn't shake the feeling away, though. But now she could at least live, and sense her brother's presence, following her, protecting her. She still lives with Acarapi, and tries to forget the horrible day. She still gets sensitive if anyone says something about death to her, and will charge them, even if it's her best friend or brother. She and Acarapi do sometimes visit Lakota people, and that clears her mind.

Likes: Everything except for cougars (go back to history)

Dislikes: Cougars

Breed: Apaloosa (?)

Relation to Spirit: Knows Lakota people, Rain, and Spirit.

Acarapi ( 'good fortune' in Native American )

Age: Bullet's

Mom: Dead, unknown

Dad: Abandoned him, most likely dead

Siblings: Talise ('beautiful water' in Native American, will create soon, step)

Crush: None, but he likes the fillies

Mate: None

Foals: None

Herd: Bullet's

Herd Rank: Guardian

Thinks of Bullet as: A leader and a brother.

Personality: Nice, likes to protect, will fight occasionally, loves to run, gets his feelings hurt easily (read History), is a know- it- all at times, loves the foals (explaining why he is guardian), loves Talise and looks up to his herd leader.

History: He was a newborn foal at the time, and he was almsot dead when he came out. His father left him to die and his mother was already dying anyways, so he elft her, too. Acarapi was nursed back to health by an unknown mare, and then left behind again. Because of these things, he can get hurt easily by people's words and actions, and is protective of the foals because of what almost happened to himself. When Acarapi was still small, he met another foal named Talise who was also abandoned and hungry, and they officially made themselves siblings. Later on, they met Bullet, and stayed with him for a while. The two outcasts, especially Acarapi, want nothing more than to be in his herd.

Likes: Water, Talise, Bullet, apples, trees, Lakota (and will sometimes let Little Creek touch him, but he's not tame), fillies.

Dislikes: Other stallions (especially rogues), the Colonel and his troop, paints (like what the Lakota use), saddles, cougars, other possible threats

Breed: Mustang with a bit of Paint

Relation to Spirit: Visits Little Creek and other Lakota sometimes, sees Spirit and Rain there on occasion
