Was once in the same bachelor group, as Conifer. He fled after the incident with Spirit....Whirlwind is truly a friendly horse, but could no longer stand the hostility growing in the group. And so he fled, running into the eagle, who advised him to find freinds, (A Lone horse is a dead horse), and would clear up the understanding.

History

Herd Life

Whirlwind grew up in a small herd.It was just him, His mother Cloud, Winter the grey mare, and Bird the old dun. Then there was Snow, the cremello filly, she was pretty and Wind's best freind. They were inseperable and went on all kinda of adventures, and trouble together. Wind's mother was grey and tall. She was kind and wise.She would tell him stories of how she used to live with Lakotas, or two-legs, whatever those were. And always changed the subject of who his father was. Wind can remember the first time he'd asked, and she'd told him that maybe she's discuss it when he was older. But She nrver did. The second time Windy summoned the courage, he decided not to, for Bird the old mare had died, theres no way he was bringing up another touchy subject. But Snow was always there to comfort him. Especially when bird died. Whirlwind had inherited his mothers kind nature, which did a lot for him in life.

One day as Windy was much older, while snow slept, his mother told him he must leave.Windy understood. He would miss snow, but he had to be a stallion now and make his way in the world.'Goodbye, my dear Windy,.."

Bachelor Life

As a lone horse, Whirlwind met conifer and the bachelor group. He made good freinds with Conifer, before the incident. Conifer was just so ambitious, Whirl wind never took him as, viscious.

Not even when he challenged Stone, head hancho of the bachelor stallions. He watched Conifer work his way to the top. And become very powerful. Not even,...not even then. 

But he fought and won, than he thought he had the guts to go after a herd stallion, and not just any, Spirit.

Spirit, THE stallion of the cimmaron,....

"Conifer you idiot!" Wind had warned him,... But cinifer argued it wasn't about picking fights, it's about proving himself as the best in the group, even if he was only 3yrs old. He tried to make off with one of Spiurit's mares. It completely and utterley failed. Spirit almost spotted him imeadiately, and Conifer had to kick his way through the mares defending the herd. Little did he know spirits son had been there and he gave him a awful gash in his back in his escape,...or as Conifer told Whirlwind. 

And now EVERY bachelor stallion, young or older would be fought off like a full grown stallion, and were banned from the Cimmaron or anywhere near The Cimmaron Herd. Wich meant Whirlwind was hated,..,without it being his fault. So he left Conifer, and his new found scars to himself. he went a whole year alone. Then he found the eagle.

Current History

He was alone but open to freinds. Thats when the Eagle came. he told him of the incident with Spirit and his old freind Conifer, and how he did not want to be hated without have doing something wrong. The Eagle admitted he was good freinds with Spirit and would see what he could do. Windy felt  better afterward.  Then he took the Eagle's advice and continued to be open to freinds, and not to shut horses out and be alone. That's when he met Azrael. Who has a misunderstanding with spirit of all his own, and possibly deeper. Together they try to help eachother get by.

Later in Whirlwind's travels with Azrael, he caught sight of something in the distance. Looked like a horse. Windy was freindly, Azrael would be good by himself a few minutes. "I'm gonna go check that out,.." But he wasn't sure he had heard him. he slowly worked his way over and now saw tghat it was a mare. "Hello!" Wind called. The mare lifted her head. "Hello." She said. She sounded a bit confused. "My names Whirlwind, it's nice to meet you."

"My name's Felicity." She answered, she didn't sound like she trusted him. "I guess i'm sorry to bother you if i am,..I was just traveling with a freind and,...I thought i saw somebody nearby and it was you," The mare didn't speak for a moment. "Well it's nice to meet you too,...your not one of those annoying bachelors are you?"

"uh,..No,..I dislike them very much."Windy answered. "Good, I don't like them either,...."

They went on with a wonderful coversation,...Then they decided to go on a walk,...Azrael wouldn't mind,...would he? He decided he'd introduce her to him,..he'd like her. He thought. She's a good person.

He spent weeks and weeks with falicity without realizing he has totally abandoned Azrael,..it finally hit him,..after the thought came back to himm of introduceing her, to him. "Azrael!" He had lost his friend,..he had to investigate where they had been,... "Azrael,.." Falicity waited on him all day,..watching him call for his friend,..he was no ordinary bachelor at all,.....\

"I have to look for him! " Falicity supported himall the way,..she was glad he cared so much for his friend,...He caught a whiff of scent,..and that was about it,...He began to search for Azrael.
