History: Commander's father was Strider. His mother was a tame horse at the US cavarly. Strider was once captured and brought to the cavarly. During his stay there, he fell in love with a lovely brown mare. But eventually, Strider started to lose his mind. He couldn't handle it, he needed to be free...So the tame mare helped him escaped. Strider begged for the mare to come with him, but she was convinced that her place was at the cavarly. So they went their seperate ways, little did they know that the mare was pregnant with Striders foal! Several months later, the mare gave birth to a beautiful, grey pinto foal. He was named 'Commander.'

Commander never liked the cavarly. He would always be causings trouble for it. Nipping at the stallions, unpredictible bucking off soldiers, he even bit the Colonel!! One day, the Colonel had enough. He finally decided to sell Commander to a slaughter house, no one would want him...When Commander's mother found out, she was devastated! She couldn't bare to see him sent off to his death! So, just before the day when Commander was to be sent off, she convinced Commander to escape and search for his father. Commander was scaried, confused, and worried. He didn't want to leave his mother, she was all he had. But his mother wouldn't hear it, she forced him to go. So, later that night, Commander was off to find his father...

Commander traveled for days, with little to eat and a thirsty throat. He didn't know how to survive on his own, he was used to beginning cared for. Day by day, Commander got weaker and weaker, until finally, he collasped. Commander thought it was going to be the end for him, but, in the distance, he saw a faint image of a beautiful flaxen Chestnut paint, then fell unconcisoness...

                         more to come.
