BIO
Djinnia was born in the deserts of the west, where the days were long and dry, and the food that grew there was mainly shrubbery. Her mother was a mixed breed, and her father a top cavalry stallion. He had a soft spot for the little filly, and was deeply in love with her mother, but knew that it would be dangerous for them to stay so close to the cavalry fort, especially with such little food sources for a mare and her foal. He ordered them both away for their own safety.
Djinnia and her mother then travelled for many days and nights until they reached an unclaimed piece of land, with no scent of stallions or other herds nearby. Every night, as the sun set, Djinn's mother would tell her a story of the Arabian Nights, which enchanted the little grey paint filly.
Before she knew it, Djinnia had lived a peaceful year. Her mother had raised her well, as a smart, cautious and occasionally snappy young mare with a thirst for knowledge. But Djinn was immensely curious of the world outside their little area, and she hadn't seen any other horses since they had lived there. Her mother loved her, but knew that she had to let her precious daughter go. And so, on a pleasantly sunny spring day, Djinnia said her sad farewell to her mother and left to explore the world on her own. During the next three years of her life, she spent her time finding out all the answers to the many, many questions on her mind, and she was soon a wise, knowledgeable, stealthy and witty young mare. But her knowledge came with a price- she was lonely.
