Long mane comes from her father the Lustiano Andalusian mix, her colors from her mother, the mustang. She to has long slender legs but is bulky in mbody build with muscle mass.

H I S T O R Y

Sun was born when her father Wind took one of Esperanza's mares from her herd. He new very well she was teh daughter of strider. the stallion whom was once his hero, but betrayed him. however he cared for her greatly and made her his favored mare and mated with her. Thus Sun & her sister were born. Wind and his favored mare treated Sun with more love than his sister, for reasons unknown. as they grew older Sun's sister hated her deeply as yearlings Sun's sister ran away joining Striders herd.Sun's life was a happy one she stayed with her mother father and his fathers other mares. but soon she longed to see the world of which her father was raised. with the lakota. so Sun set out to find these humans.

Sun soon found out that the lakota were kind and gentle humans, she lived thier with them for months, finally an boy named Little creek, took to her after all he was the trainer for the horses in the tribe, or at least one of them. he had heard stories about the horse called wind. and without even having seen him before with his own eyes. Little creek new this was his daughter. He took good care of Sun. and Sun loved him like her own horse brother, even though he was human. she was over protective of him and would never let little creek out of her site. The Lakota dubed her sacred as they had her father long ago when he left. And as something so sacred it was wrong to keep it captive. the year pasted and Little creek set her free. but with a simple whistle he knew that Sun would return if he needed her.

Sun was now on her own, and figured it would be safer to return to her parents. back with her father wandering freely along the lands. however Sun wanted more she wanted the life a lead stallion had, she wanted to rule. so she broke away from her father and started her own herd. she stole stallions and foals from other herds that wanted to leave willingly and started her own very small herd. She called it the Edenian herd. she and her herd mates found a great grassland that was incircled by a large river system  it was at the top of a mountain flat if you wandered past the rivers would see great drop offs and roads down the mountain. They called this land Edenia. Sun lived thier happily and her father knew of these lands to and would vist often with his mares.

Then that fateful day came, SUn's sister came out of hiding she two had started her own herd, it was called Outerpass in the dry desert like lands the lakota had called The Nether Realm & or Out world. It was a place that though there was water there was little greenary around. there was plenty of hay, oats, and dry grass that naturally grew there but nothing green and sweet. it was a land of hot or icey cold harsh weather and the horses htere were large and strong. Sun's sister wanted revenge on her and her parents for being neglected as a foal she wanted them to be sorrowful and to suffer as she did. Sun tried to make peace with her sister, but it was in vain. Her sister stole Sun's first born foal and then Sun & Wind comfirmed war between the Edenian & Outerpass Herds...thier first allie...The Cimarron herd, and it's lead stallion The Shadowless, Son of Spirit.
