Personality: A bit of a complex character, Verti suffers from mood swings from time to time. He'll either be very grouchy and snap at anything or hyper active, smiling all the time and jumping around happily. 
On top of that Verti is a little insecure around other horses, which he tries to hide by acting like a total macho. When he's with the band stallion Verti will brag and lie about all the cool stuff he has done in his life.

History: 
~Born in a big breeding stable, Vertigo was destined to be the new endurance champion. But when training Verti, it became clear he was going to be everything but that~

The surprisingly small mustang was led out of the stable, ready to continue the breaking in again. Vertigo was very obedient, it actually concerned his handlers that he had never put up a fight. They started to worry he wasn't spirited enough to compete, their fear was soon confirmed when the training started. Verti could run like the wind for hours, but he rarely showed it.


After months of training Verti's handlers were desperate, after a lot of debating they decided to sell Vertigo. 
A boy noticed the quiet stallion on an auction, his pony had died of old age not long before and he was ready to move on. His parents gave in quickly and so Verti got a new home. 
Vertigo's fear to do something wrong made him super obedient, which was a nice advantage for the little boy. Verti and his new owner got along great, unlike other boys of his age Verti's owner was very patient and he could sit still, looking at Vertigo in his paddock for hours. 

Vertigo and the boy had a bond like no other, but the boy was getting older and his parents were afraid that he would soon lose interest in his horse. But the boy didn't, he would even skip school all the time to be with Vertigo. 
But one day when the boy came home, Vertigo wasn't in his paddock.

Vertigo was patiently waiting for his friend to return when strange people quickly threw a rope around his neck and jerked him out of his paddock. Verti kept his calm and he followed the men, without a fight, once again afraid to disobey orders. After traveling for a few days a wild cougar started to follow them around, hoping to find his meal. At night the cougar attacked and Verti ran away, as fast as his legs could carry him. 

The endurance mustang wasn't a bit tired when he bumped into a group of stallions the day after. The group, also known as the Outlaw band invited Verti to join, and he obeyed and is now with the band, stealing mares and protecting the Cimarron herd and Spirit if needed.

Every moth Vertigo sets out on his own for a few days to try to find his old home and friend again, knowing his owner would always wait for him to come back.
