History

Mitchell wasn't born in the Cimarron herd but he visited there often in his foalhood. With his mother being a cousin of Esperanza, the two mares would catch up for hours on end and always sent Mitchell to play with his older cousin Spirit. Spirit never wanted to play with Mitchell and instead would want to chase fillies but he knew that if he didn't Mitchell would tell on him and get him into trouble. Even though the two colts were together a lot they never got to know each other very well and as they got older they saw much less of  each other. He sometimes wishes he knew his celebrity cousin more and sometimes misses the childhood bond that never was.
