History

Ryland was born into the wild to a single mare. He grew up never knowing his father but found a father figure in the legendary mustang stallion Spirit. Ryland was introduced to Spirit and his mate Rain at a young age and immediatly took to the both of them. Spirit would visit Ryland and his mother everyday to play around with the young colt and to teach him the ways of the world. Spirit didn't sugarcoat anything and told him of everything that he experienced. These stories and facts somewhat disturbed the young Ryland which in turn made him afraid of and anxious about certain things.

When he was old enough, Ryland left his mother to live in Spirit and Rain's herd with them. He was liked and trusted by almost everyone in the herd so he was the subject of pleas of advice. If he new how he would help them out if he could. Ryland has had many young mares that have taken interest in him and he has done the same with a few of them but he is always too afraid to talk to them.
