Persona and Appearance

Strengths -  Can run away - really fast.

Weaknesses - Can stand still and become frozen with fear.

Fear - Being alone, Ememies, Being rejected (but is used to it), awkward silences and silence. 

Persona - Lahela is a mare who is kind, loving and a moody mare but as soon as she sees a threat or something that doesn't seem right - she freezes. Maybe for seconds, minutes or even hours. Lahela will not move resulting in her danger but as soon as the threat passes, her movements return and everything seems calm. Lahela is always rejected because of her problem and is always on her own, wandering the land. 

Appearance - Lahela is a Palomino turning to grey with a badger face marking. She has a brown and white mane with a full white tail which is braided. Lehela has one stocking and one coronet. Part of her mane is cut short and the rest is still growing. She has a blue and brown eye on her right and a brown eye on her left

Build - Isn't as tall as her breeds at the average age. She has a fragile build and is very strong in the leg muscles as she can climb up the rocky cliffs in the canyon.

Biography

Lahela was born in her birth herd, The Ignacia herd - not one of the biggest of herds due to mares and fillies being taken away almost three times a week. Lahela's father died after protecting her filly from a wild stallion. It was Lahela's fault that her father died. All she did was stand still and not move. She was a frozen target - good enough for the taking and her father payed the price. After that day, her damn was full of hatred for the filly, always trying ways to "get rid off her" It was for sure that this filly's life wasn't perfect - not perfect at all.

One snowy morning after the now, yearling had just had her birthday - the mare had disappeared from sight. Lahela had called, and called for her mother with her eyes sparkling with sadness. During the cold Winter months, Lahela would wander down the river - following its majestic waters to wherever they would take her. On one particular day, a young, muscular like colt named Spirit was running in the waters with his friends, enjoying the season that had just arrived. Lahela stood frozen and still once again, not knowing it was foals galloping around the stream. Once she had noticed Spirit and his friends, she unfroze and watched them. Spirit had noticed her and stopped playing, giving her a warm smile and a small whinny before galloping back to his dam that Lahela wished she had. 

Since the time of her yearling years to her young adulthood - she had been in ten or more herds. Each leader had either disappeared or become deceased because of her problem. From then on, the young mare had been rejected by multiple herds as they would call Lahela the "cursed mare".

Since the abandonment of her, Lahela wanders the old cliffs and the secret valley that was once filled with happiness and harmony. Where foals ran around and played and the mares would graze by the small stream that passed throughout the secret valley. At the edge of the valley, there was a small sheep farm with a young man raising his sheep to move them to the tribes for livestock and foods. Occassionaly, Lahela would graze with the sheep knowing that they wouldn't reject her and wouldn't chase her. For once she felt happy with the sheep. Even the young lad looked after her, knowing she was a wild mare and could never be trained to become a stock horse of his dreams...

Lahela hopes one day she'll find a horse who won't reject her because of her 'problem' but till then, she'll only be the friend of the sheep.
