Relation To Spirit:
Texas and his father were taken in by Little Creek, but Texas wanted to go off and explore on his own. A few weeks after his disappearance at the Lakota Village, he had befriended one of Spirit's colts. Texas now lives in the Cimarron Herd.
Bio:
Texas grew up as ranch horse, along side his father. Although, his mother was wild, Texas still missed her very much, as he tried to be tamed. Texas then learned to accept the humans around him, especially a young girl named Sarah Jensen. Texas's father had told him to be careful when having a young rider on his back. As two years passed, both young rider and horse grew into an amazing team on cattle drives. But one day something terrible happens to Sarah, and her father has a choice to sell the ranch. Texas was beginning to worry what will happen to him and all the other animals. Sarah as weak as she was set Texas and his father free. Now it was just Texas and his father alone in the wilderness.
One year later.......
Texas grazed peacefully under a shady oak tree. There was slight enjoyment from the light wind that blew, but something had bothered Texas real bad, and he begin to worry about his father not returning from the stream near by. The paint stallion lifted his head and called out for his father but there was no answer. Texas then rushed towards the stream only to find his father backing away from a rattlesnake. He snorted fierce-fully, before stepping to save his father from the creature. Texas had killed the snake then went to check on his father, seeing that he wasn't bit, Texas sighed but aslo worried again. Texas and his father had ran until they were captured by the Lokata. Week's after staying in the village, Texas grew restless and had a spirit for adventure, so the young paint stallion ran off in the night. Days, weeks, past as he explored the territory that he was unaware of , Texas was resting at a near by lake, where he had found the Cimarron herd. At first everyone thought that he was trouble. After explaining his story to everyone he gained the trust of most of the herd.
