History-Esperanza had a foal while Spirit wasn't born yet. He left the herd following a small house cat named Mr. Fluff by ~Twister~ for he was very fluffy. Therefore Spirit never knew he existed. He came upon a large building with creatures that tied him up. Just like his brother, he wouldn't let the creatures brand him. He was not their property. Mr. Fluff played  with the rope that held him and allowed him to wriggle free from the strings. Mr. Fluff hopped on ~Twister~'s back somehow knowing they were about to escape. They ran for the exit which was not guarded. They galloped home only to find the same creatures as before. But these creatures were nice. One called Little Creek recognized him and let him go. The odd pair ran home to tell ~Twister~'s parents all about the adventure he had with a cat. Except where were his parents?
