Personality: Gold is kind hewarted horse who likes hard work and most twolegs. Though she dreamnt of freedom, she never tried to escape. She hates freedom being taken from horses and has a respect for mustangs toughness and freedom.

Likes-Kind People and horses, freedom, and space.

Dislikes-Mean people and horses. Yelling, the cavalry.

Fears-Being trapped forever.

Wants/Hopes-To see Spirit again. To stay free. To find where she belongs.

History/Bio

I was born and lived in places with no freedom. But not without a longing for it, all my close friends and siblings understood, but some never would. Freedom is som ething horses are meant to have. a lack of it is an awful feeling,......

She was born, and named Abigail. Her mother Dawn always called her Splashes, because of her lovely white spashes. Splashes. She loved her mother. She never developed much of a relationship with her father. She didn't care. She didn't want anything to do with him anyway. He didn't understand freedom. A year later her brother Fire was born. She liked him. Granite did not. But eventually they were both broken in, and worked well.

But they all dreamed every chance they got and admired the sights they saw on cavalry missions.But had no chance at freedom. Not until freedom came to them. A mustang stallion arrived. Abigail though he was amazing. She was deeply impressed about how he tossed all those riders. But then when he spoke to her one night. Hello, she neighed. My name is Abigail.  Thats not your name, thats just what the two-legs call you. They call me Mustang. That is no name. Abigail thought he made a good point. You should have a real name,..and,..He stopped. I'm tired I'm going to sleep. She was almost certain he was going to say the word freedom.

Soon afterward Spirit was to be broken in by the colonel. Almost everyone was rooting for him(Except Granite) But even though it seemed all hope was lost. Spirit rose again and threw him. Everyone cheered. It was amazing. His name truly fit him. She was much more hopeful then. She could taste freedom! But then the Colonel was going to shoot him,..shoot a horse! But in a moment that no one quite saw, somehow Little Creek was free, and soon enough so was everyone else.She was running, folowing that stallion.Spirit, Freedom! But then she saw more two legs and was frightened away. Later she tried to find him. She got quite lost. The desert was so large,..but if she kept heading the right way the cavalry wouldn't find her again.

Eventually she fopunf the Lakota village, but Spirit was no longer there. She met up with her old friends there. But Rojo was leaving and so were some others. it seemed lonely.The Lakotas called her Splashing in the River, for she loved to do that, and her markings. And she still felt the need to travel To hopefully find that thing that Spirit had. Fire and the others had their ownplaces now. Now she just needed to find where she belongs.

She tried to be friendly with many horses but few truted her because her strange marking, Her brand.
