Rio Bravo: A war horse that Odette is very close to, she trusts the older war horse with her life. He is like a older brother to her, and she would do anything to keep him in her life.

Napoleon: A stallion of royalty that lives within the Lakota village. She doesn't think highly of him, but she considers the stallion one of closer friends, almost as close as she considers Rio to be. But she would not trust him with his life.

Rain: Odette was never friends with this mare, she was always out done by the pinto mare when it came to stallions and people. She could never get along with this mare, and was happy to see her leave the Lakota.

Spirit: Odette had a crush on this stallion when he moved into the Lakota village, but her chance with him was shot down when he might Rain. She was a little upset to see him leave, but it hasn't affected the life she has now.

Bounty (c) FreeSpirit: A blind stallion that stumbled his way into her Lakota home. She thinks this stallion is very handsome and has a crush on him, althought he doesn't know. 

Rio (c) DeviousLittleWolf: Odette's father. she loves him with all her heart. She loves spending time with him, and would do absolutely anything for him. 

-Personality.-

  Odette has always been a very quite mare since a very long time ago. She never spoke out much, and she kept to herself most of the time. She is a very loving mare though, and she never seems to turn another horse down. If a horse is in need of help, she is the first to help the horse out. She is very calm and sweet to every living creature, she loves all creatures from bugs to the buffalo. She can be rather harsh to people when he buttons are pushed, she is not one that will stand for getting pushed around for to long. But, Odette is still more of the silent and loving type. 

-History.-

  Odette was born into a ranching farm, she was trained into being a cattle herder. Her mother said that her father was a Lakota horse. Her mother would tell her stories of her father every night. And in the morning, she was used to herd cattle. She lived up to her mother's skills and talents, she was one of the best cattle herders in the ranch. Odette loved her job, her favorite thing was when they would take the cattle out to the water hole.Odette loved being outside the ranch, but one day on their way to the water hole, their small group was raided by the Lakota. All the cattle and horses were taken back to the Lakota tribe, inculding Odette.

  The Quater Horse, already used to humans, was the most willing to follow the Lakota to their village. She was intrested in all of the different horses, who wore bright paint on their coats. Not looking, while she was walking through the village, she crashed into a stallion that looked a lot like her. After a moment of staring at each other, Odette realized that the stallion, she had ran into was, her father that her mother had always told her stories about. Odette would spend day after day with her father, as he showed her around the village. But the mare never forgot her mother that she left all alone at the ranch.

  Odette soon found herself taken by the buckskin stallion that the Lakota had rescused for the calvary. She and Sprit would spend many days together, untill the day that he found Rain, and the two decided that they were meant for each other. When Odette found out, the friendship that her and Rain use to have was destroyed and a hatred for the pinto mare grew. Feeling hurt and betrayed, she felt no pain when the bucksin and the pinto left the Lakota tribe.

  Then one day a blind stallion stumbled into the village. Odette soon fell for the handsome stallion, she became friends with him, and often wanders around with him, usually killing time talking about nothing important. She wished she had the courage to tell the blind stallion, Bounty, how she felt but she keeps it to herself, feeling as if it would run their relationship.
