Adopted by Rosa, currently resides in the Long River Herd. Her real parents are completely unkown to her. They were taken by the cavalry her sire was, and her brother was trampled to death by cavalry horses. Her mother left alone,...did not survive giving birth to her.(Perhaps she'll seek a rescue as shes older.)

History/Bio

Herd Life/Current History

Fallen leaf doesn't remember anybody besides Rosa. Rosa says she found her by the river, soaked. Possibly washed away from somewhere. Rosa named her fallen leaf, because she reminded her of a leaf falling in her path, but not without reason. Fallen leaf lived in the quiet herd until she accidently met Nengo the yearling. whenever she could she snuck to the river to see him. Nengo tells Fallen leaf of faraway places and adeventures,  she noe drea,ms of wandering away when she's old enough, and maybe even join Nego on his quest to find his own life. That and they both share "Orphan-likeness" Nengo was torn from his mother and  Fallen leaf has no idea who her blood reletives are.

One day as Fallen Leaf had a visit with Nengo, she decided she was going to trick him into confronting Spirit about his mother. She knew where he lived by carefully listening to stories from Rosa. It wasn't even that far. So early one morning she led him along telling him,"Really, I found this amazing patch of grass sweeter than clover, better than a fallen apple!" "Whatever you say,.."Nengo mumbled. There was no reason for him not to trust her. Eventually they reached the out skirtsb of spirits homeland. The sun was slowly rising. They didn't have much time. She could hearthe herd start to move a little. :Are we there yet? Seriously how far did you wander last night and just happen to find the worlds best grass?" He complained. "wait here." She told him. She went right over the hill and down to the herd. She aproached without fear. She saw the buckskin. "Spirit!" The stalion looked her way. He looked awfually confused. Fallen leaf thought she would be too if some random foal came up to her heard and happened to know her name. "Who are you. What are you doing here,..and how do you know my name. You should go home, foals shouldn't just wander away."

"Yeah but that's not important,..but this is,..Do you umm happen to know a mare named Niza,..."

Spirit seemed suprised. Great, she thought now he's all freaked out because I know one of his mares names too. "Well,..her foal,..Nengo,..he got kicked out only as a yearling,. and he was lways too scared to try to tell you,..that's why I'm here,..I brought him."

Spirit was quiet a moment. She did mention Nengo,..when she talked about there old herd stallion, he was awful. "I know"She said"Nengo told me,..Thats why I'm here. I know he's a,.. young stallion or whatever.But he's no threat to you. Could he just see his mother. "

Thats when Nengo figured something was up,..and went looking for her. He saw Fallenleaf with Spirit. and ran,..."Why did she bring me here! How did she even know how to get here! Theres  no way he's going to let me be with my mother. Or let falenleaf just,..Fallenleaf! " He stopped.That stallion is going to trample her! Herd stallions don't just let wierd foals on ther territory! Fallen Leaf!" Then turned around. "Fallen Leaf I'm coming!"

But Spirit wa too busy trying to think of where he'd seen this filly before,..theres no way he ha,,.shes so young,..Thats when it struck him. Rusty the cavalry horse,...The cavalry horses weren't always inside that awful base. They went out from time to time to do whatever. And Rusty happened to be out and about whe Spirit had set the cavalry horses free. He remembered when Rust told him,.."My names not rusty,..my names Apple. These idiot just call me Rusty. Just cuz, they cal you 'mustang' doesn't make it your name. Why did this filly remind him so much of him? "What's your father's name?" spirit asked. "I,...I don't know, i never met him,..I'm like an orphan,..but my herd stallion is Luck's Star. That was Spirit's son and good friend. "Lucky's star,..that's my son. And i think I know who your father is,.." The Fallenleaf was suprised."How could you possibly know that?"

"I KNOW him,,..he looks just like you. His name is,..Ru,..err,.Apple." Fallen leaf was truly suprised. Why woul he pretend to know her father,..maybe he was mistaken,..but she jyst hoped so much,.he must be right.
