History
Annie was born on a small farm on the edge of Cimarron territory. Her master was very poor, but was kind. She enjoyed her short time on the farm. One fall day, a few men from the Cavalry came to the farm, and took everything the man owned, including Annie. The man protested, but the men ignored him, claiming supplies were needed for the injured men from the recent war with the Lakotas.
Annie adjusted from the life of comfort and gentle hands to the rough life of a war horse. She was used to pull carts filled with supplies, lead others into battle. She soon related men with work, and began fighting back, often biting and lashing out anyone who came into her stall. She was feared by everyine in the cavalry...except the Colonel. He continued saying that she just needed to be broken in, and the men needed to learn respect from her.
She was never broken in though, for the men who were asked to break her in refused to do so. "She's dangereous," they would say. "She's good for nothing."
When Spirit was finally brought in to the Cavalry, all attention was turned to him. And Annine didn't mind. If anything, she was glad the blasted humans left her alone. But she didn't know that she was going to have to adjust to another lifestyle.
Annie was among the horses that were released from the hands of the Cavalry men by Spirit. She didn't know what to think of the wild. Often enough, she thought of returning to the Cavalry. She decided against it though. Instead, she returned to her old home. She traveled there only to find it abandoned, noting left but the buildings. She then realized that she was on her own from now on.
She traveled to the mountains, learning that few horses were capable of living there. She knew that humans wouldn't dare try to make the Treacherous journey to the mountains. She knew she could live a life of peace there.
(More to cme once I RP her. ^^)
