Bio: Valerie was born on a morgan horse farm and was handled by humas daily. Valerie loved to play with all the other foals and was liked by everyone. When Valerie was 1, she was in a stall next to her mother eating her hay when she smelt smoke. The next thing she knew,  there were flames coming towards the end of the barn. Horses screamed as the flames burnt their bodies. As the horse's caretakers came running in James, Valerie's groom, watched in horror as a piece of wood from above fell onto his beloved fily. Val was screaming in pain as James ran to risk his life for the filly. He unlatched the stall door and screamed at Valerie to follow him. The panicking filly jumped into the nearby lake after the boy. After the fire was put out the filly was left with nasty burns that scarred her body for life and blind in one eye. After she healed, the owners released her and the rest of the horses in the wild. On her way to find someone to accept her, Valerie ran into a stallion named Spirit. After the buckskin heard her story, he invited her to stay in his herd so he could teach her how to survive in the wild.
