Mystique was born in the Lakota village. She is Rain's sister and Little Creek's other horse. As a foal she was best friends with Rain and liked to play around with her. Mystique was much like her father. As she grew up she bonded with Little Creek and the other village people. When she reached adulthood she was introduced to Spirit, and now knows him as a friend. But soon the Calvery attacked caused Rain and Mystique to seperate. She ran away and was forced to walk across dangerous land. But soon after much travelling she discovered Moonlit Beam and Chestnut Joy. Mystique joined them and the other refugee horses and created the Terra herd. Mystique is now best friends with Miss Indiana and Chestnut Joy, but she hasn't forgotten Rain, Spirit and the Lakota Village.

Mystique is a black and white paint mustang mare who has a very friendly personality. She enjoys playing with foals and likes to challenge stallions and mares to races. Mystique is also sensible and prefers not to get in Moonlit Beam's way. She is very speedy and can jump high. Her stamina and skills are very high. Mistique also doesn't mind gossiping and chatting to others. But sometimes she can do and say random stuff. She is a bit of a daredevil and likes prooving horses wrong.
