A little further:

Cloven's history is pretty bland. He was born into the racing business, with a mother and  retired father that were used for breeding and nothing else. When he wa sold enough to part from his mother he was thrown into his training. He races for the unground sort of crowd, and most of the racing is usual illegal or under illegal circumstances. If he loses he's given as prize to the winner, he's swapped masters a number of times. He's never really won a race, but he has his heart set on racing until he dies. This background has produced some unlikable and downright dangerous qualities.

Cloven's a rather arrogant sort of guy. Growing up in the racing business, has yet to defalte his ego. He tends to also be pretty obsessive (you could go as far as to say he suffers from an OCD-like obbession with his body, racing performance, and workout). He can be very possessive. In a profession that's constantly changing, he tends to cling to any reminders or (later on) horses that treat him as another horse instead of a posssesion. He holds little respect to other horses especially those of the other sex. He has a hard time making and keeping friends. Pretty thick-headed and set in his ways.

Other:

Theme: "Vindicated" by Dashboard Confessional

Voice Actor: Robert Pattinson (still under debate)

Spirit Relation: Shares a partial relation with the Colonel. When he was very young, the Colonel owned a number of well-known horses in the racing district. Though during Cloven's time he never made an apperance, it was said he'dhand select the horses he wanted to own. Being owned by him was supposdly the greatest honor despite the horrid treatment his horses were given. Many of the racing horses were once wild horses that the Colonel had captured and then sold to the racing buisness as they had been too weak  to ride, or too hyperactive to train. Though he'd never admit it, one of Cloven's goals was to become the Colonel's horse and to be selcted by him for strength and speed.
