Personality: Arbor Is an interesting filly. She is friendly and kind towards others but will typically keep to herself, she doesn’t know how to act around foals her age because she spent her early weeks with Kemuri. Arya is wild at heart, and fiercly protective of her friends and family. If anything threatens them at all she is quick to act, aggressive, violent, and ruthless in her ways to protect them. This stems from (though she cannot remember it) the brutal deaths of her mother and father, witnessed at a young age. Arya is also quite intelligent for her age, thinking in a way unlike any other, and questions what no other horses do. She seeks to resolve the struggle between the White Man, the Natives, and her own kind.
Likes:

History:
Arbor was born to Trigger, A Spanish Mustang with heavy Andalusian influence, and Esperit, A beautiful Thoroughbred with quite a bit of Arabian in her. Trigger is a half-brother to Spirit, although the bucksin never knew of him because Trigger, who loved a sibling not even born yet, knew he would have to fight Spirit for herd dominance when the time came, and so he went rogue to prevent that. His mother is not Esperanza, and he is a Blue Roan Stallion. Esperit was a gorgeous mare, who looked the part of a dapple grey TB, but ran long like the quarter of an arab she had. She was born in England, but shipped to America as a yearling. raced young, and won young, winning grade one stakes left and right.. After 2 years out, she returned to work as a jumper, and exceled there too, reaching international level within the year. When word got out of a railroad to the west, Esperit’s owner put her on a train there, to be the first Jumper in the west, but her train crashed, and not about to die in the cold she took off. It was not long before she met Trigger, a rogue stallion with a life of his own, and it was love at first sight.
Arbor was born into a particularly harsh and cold winter, and the biting chill of late March, quite small and premature, Esperit had struggled to deliver her. Arbor, cold and weak and though up, struggling to survive got no break. The Calvary had been commisioned to hunt down her dam, Esperit, as she was very valuable to her owner. The Calvary had been right on their tail the last few days, and with the birth, they had managed to catch up with the small family. Trigger caught they're attention and ran, trying to draw them off and told Esperit to meet him off a ways. So within half an hour of birth she and her Dam were on the run to meet up with Trigger, whereupon all three would escaping the calvary men that were still hunting her mother. They never made it to Trigger. Just before their Rendezevous point, while crossing a narrow gully with the clifface on one side, and a suicide drop on the other, The calvary caught up with them. Esperit, desperate, and tired from the birth, but with a will of fire did all she could to protect Arry, but one stray rope caught her around the hoof, and she pitched backward and into the blackness of the canyon.
Arbor bolted, with no time to mourn the loss of the mother she had known barely an hour. She could hear a stallion – her stallion! Her dad! – Screaming beyond the ridge and ran as fast as she could towards him. She was nearly there, her hooves eating up the ground and spitting out dust behind her, a few more feet but it was too far, and a rope, coarse, and like a snake twisted around her little hoof. She crashed to the ground, bleeding from the rocks on her soft baby hide, and managed to look up just in time to see her Blue roan daddy, Fierce like a lion, charge the colonel.
But in that instant she stopped watching Trigger, and instead her eyes found the massive mount of the Colonel. His Ginger eyes were only just cracked open, and though only just hours old Arbor understood what she saw in the eyes of the beautiful dun.
He didn’t want to fight.
The big horse buckled his knees just as Trigger came flying at them, The bang of the bullet ringing in her sensitive ears as the colonel missed his shot. A horse called out – The Colonels gelding! And suddenly the colonel was up, the barrel of his gun pointed straight at the head of her father and she screamed out to him-
Bang.
Blackout.
When Arbor awoke she was not where she had been when the darkness had taken her. The ground was soft with pine needles and all around her was a dense wooded thicket. At her back, warmth, a warmth that spread throughout her and served to somewhat quell the ache of her bones and the sting of the cuts that marred her too young body. She looked to where her head had rested just moments before, on a dark US brand, and the warmth shifted, and looked at her.
“My names Kemuri kid.” The great big dun said. Arry spared a tired smile for the gelding who had saved her and flopped back onto his rump, grateful for the warmth that helped war against the frigid snow. The great dun – no Kemuri chuckled, the sound echoed through him and vibrated through her. “Don’t worry kid, I got you.”
