History:
He used to be a selfish yearling that played around and flirted all the time and never took things seriously, at the age of 5 though he suddenly had to grow up due to the death of his father. Things happend suddenly it seemed one day he had been an irresposible and un-mature foal and the next he had to grow up and take over the herd and become responsible and mature and answer his call to his duties. At first the mares thought that he couldn't do it and almost left the herd to join in other ones, but his mother who was still lead mare at the time pleaded and begged for them to stay and to give her son a chance. For the sake of their old lead mare they gave Nakoma 3 weeks to prove himself, if he didn't prove himself they would leave the herd forever, if he did they would stay and be loyal to him for the rest of their lives as long as he stayed responsible. Nakoma at this was under alot of stress and had no idea what to do, one day he almost lost the herd when he went off to ask some wisdom and guidance of a great stallion he knew as Strider.
3 weeks later: Nakoma had did it he had proven himself to the mares and looked up to him with respect and loyalty now. He rejoiced in this wonderful victory. But not for long, his mother who had grown old and weak was in her last days of life, one day she came to Nakoma and with tears in her eyes she said "Nakoma, you are my son and you have made me proud the way you proved yourself, although it is just the begining for you, my time has come to say goodbye to you and this world. I wanted to tell you that I loved you and that you are the most wonderful thing that ever happend in my life, raising you has been hard, but wonderful and I will always remember you and I will always Love you, my son, goodbye" with tears streaming down her face her and Nakoma embraced for the last time and he hugged her saying "Mom, please don't go! I love you so much, don't leave me now!" but he knew she didn't have a choice, she was being called home and she had to answer this call. She kissed him lightly on the cheek and then slowly wanderd into the forest, Nakoma knew he would never see her again not for a long time to come.
14 years later: Nakoma has found a new lead mare now, he still silently cries when he thinks of his mother but now he is happy and that is what she would have wanted for him, He has many foals two foals though are all that love with him now, one belongs to him- Mountain Silver Belles -thru his new lead mare Agrata, and another he adopted as his step daughter Ravona who is Agrata's daughter thru another stallion called Nova. He lives happily with his herd in the beautiful Blue Mountains (from where their herd name came from), there he raises foals, takes in other rejected or lost mares and colts, and grazes happily with his family, old and new.
How is he Spirit related?:
He once met spirits father- Strider -who then interduced him to his son, Spirit
and years later Nakoma and Spirit over time became friends and later on after that, Nakoma interduced his daughter, Montain Silver Belles
