Personality: Rango is a true outlaw, he never answers to anyone else but himself, and will not stand to be pushed around. he does have a sweet, caring side which he shares with mares, especially the beautiful ones. He can be shallow, and he can also jump to conclusions without hearing the full story. True to his heart, Rango loves a bit of fun, and will purposly mess everything up, just to make himself laugh. A joker and a liar, he is one of the best liars out there, but hates cheating -despises cheating. He'll gladly beat another half to death just for cheating, so he it quite loyal to the cheating side of justice. Rango always dreams of more, wider horizons and larger herds, but never thinks higher of himself than he knows he is, he isnt vain, but merely 'too confident' xD

HISTORY~

-Golden Colt-
Rango was born out of Esperanza, the golden beauty, and leader of the Cimaron herd. Unfortunatley, Rango's father was an outlaw, and Strider despised outlaws, so Esperanza kept the pregenancy quiet, and told Strider it was his foal. When birthing time came, Esperanza was planning to move out to a cave far from the herd to give birth, then stay there a while until a mare willing to adopt him came along. But Rango had other plans, he planned to come early, and make Esperanza give birth to him in the middle of the herds grazing spot. All the mares were overjoyed when the little one was born, as he was beginning to walk -only a few hours old- Strider came to the scene, he emmidietly smelt another stallion on this colt, and now on Esperanza. But Strider loved Esperanza, too much to push her away, so instead he kicked Rango out. He did admit, he felt bad for kicking such a young foal out. But it had to be done.

So now Rango was on his own, Esperanza came to visit him in the forest every day, to feed him and sing to him like she would if she was his permanent mother. But it hurt her every day to have to walk away from her little boy. Knowing he may not be there when she came back. But Rango was a fighter. A survivor. And he made it through the young, tough years. As a yearling, he finally made his comeback to the Cimaron herd. Strider was watching over Esperanza, who was in labour once more. Without hesitation, he pushed past Strider and leant beside his mother, Strider was infuriated, and the two ended up face to face, teeth bared and eyes narrow. "I'm only here to see my mother, then I'll be on my way" Rango said through gritted teeth.

-On My Way-
Rango confessed to Essie, that he was going to leave and find his own herd to thrive in. Essie was upset, but happy that her son had finally been set free to do what he pleased. Rango went on his way, not knowing what was going to happen. He traveled for a very long time, with no company or herd. He survived on his own accord, and seemed to manage fine. Finally, at 2 years old, he found a herd to join. It was a herd placed extremely close to the Cavalry, which he sensed would be an adventure. The herd accepted Rango into the herd, after he tested that he was able to escape the Cavalry if he was ever caught.
