Personality
Dipper is your regular type of mare. She doesn't lash out unless she has to and she is usually nice to everyone. Except for her rivals. She loves spending with her friends, and sometimes, she prefers to hang out with stallions because it's less drama than hanging out with mares.
History
Dipper's birth parents abandoned her when she was born. They were hoping to get a dark brown and white pinto, but instead, they got a chestnut pinto with a dark brown mane and tail. Dipper was not to their taste. As soon as Dipper began to use her legs, her mother led her out of the forest where she was born and up into a rocky canyon. Dipper's mother urged her into a small bramble thicket and then walked away. She never came back. Dipper was too young to understand what was happening, so she was confused at why her mother had just left her. But she learned to cope with it, but since she had no one to take care of her, she grew weaker.
Right when Dipper was on the brink of starvation, a mare named Mockingbird found her and took her in. Mockingbird introduced her to her new sire, a strawberry roan appaloosa stallion named Striker. Dipper also met a colt her age named Silverglint. She and Silverglint played together constantly. They became fast friends and explored the big canyon where they lived. Dipper especially liked to play in the canyon river. She would try to dip and dive underwater, which is why her foster parents named her Dipper.
One day, Mockingbird took Dipper to meet her birth parents. She told Dipper what her mother had done to her when she was born. Dipper's birth parents were sorry for what they had done, but Dipper refused to live with them when they decided to take her back. She said that she wanted to stay with the family she had right now. So she did.
Mockingbird and Striker were taking Silverglint and Dipper for a walk when they were killed by a cougar. Silverglint managed to escape, but Dipper ran away, terrified. As she was running, she ran into a palomino appaloosa colt named Goldenfrost. Goldenfrost offered for Dipper to join his family, and she did. The two became great friends. They went everywhere together. Dipper got to know her two new parents, named Legend and Creamlight. One day, when Dipper was four, Goldenfrost confessed to her that he had a crush on her. Dipper felt the same way. But after they had confessed their love for each other, a rival herd, called the Cimarron Herd, raided Goldenfrost's herd. Goldenfrost fought bravely, even though his parents were overprotective and wouldn't let him fight. They kicked him out of the herd. Dipper was sad to see him go and traveled back to the canyon she called home.
On Dipper's travels, she met a brown and white pinto stallion with a flaxen mane and tail named Goldentail. Goldentail fell for Dipper immediately, but Dipper didn't fall for him. Goldentail and Dipper traveled back to Dipper's canyon. As they were traveling, dipper was reunited with her half brother Silverglint. Silverglint banded together with Dipper and Goldentail. They met a pintaloosa mare named Pacer. Pacer and Dipper became best friends. Finally, the four horses made it to the canyon. Dipper was finally falling for goldentail. She showed him the canyon that was her home.
