History:
Tango-Hawk a gorgeous black stallion was born during the middle of a violent snowstorm, he was worried that he wouldn’t make though the night, his mother Jumping Thunder left Domino Soldier’s herd to give birth to her son. Hours after he was born his mother had taught him how to tell when the seasons were going to change.
A couple of days after he was born Domino Soldier headed out to find his favourite mare and his new born son, Domino Soldier had found them walking though the snow and raced through the trees and stopped them in their tracks on the other side, Tango-Hawk was surprised when this big, mean-spirited bay stallion reared in front of them, they stopped and ran the other way.
Little did Jumping Thunder know that Domino Soldier forced Tango-Hawk in the opposite direction than his mother, when he had eventually stopped Tango-Hawk noticed that he chased him into a corner he was worried on what he meant do to him.
Domino Soldier reared violently in front of him showing what he was made of and that he started pawing the ground and asked “Right, are you going to come back with me and join my herd, or do you want to suffer, just like your mother”.
Tango-Hawk refused to go back with his father and that his father wasn’t happy about his decision and that he started beating up his one and only son, Tango-Hawk neighed out to his mother who was a long distance away, when Jumping Thunder noticed that her foal wasn’t with her she turned back and followed his distressing neighs and she returned back to him just before his father would of killed him.
Little did Domino Soldier knew that himself along with her mother had abandoned him and his herd including her other to foals Severide and Casey and that she didn’t care how he would raise them, all she knew that she wanted to take care of Tango-Hawk and that she wanted him to be safe.
Days turned into weeks then weeks turned into months and then Jumping Thunder finally decided it was the right time to tell him that he had two older brothers named Severide and Casey and they live with their father Domino Soldier.
When Tango-Hawk was a yearling his personality and traits started to change whereas he is gentle, kind, sweet-loving towards his mate, mother and his herd. He also noticed that he had good and better stamina than his mother and that his stamina had come from his father’s side of his family.
When he was still growing up from a yearling he wanted to really master his personality and traits and that he can learn to control them. When he turned two he noticed that the seasons were beginning to change and he noticed a unusual object in the distance and told his mother and that he wanted to go and have a look at what it was and that he said to her “Don’t worry I’ll be safe and that I’ll return home to our herd”.
His Herd was named Wild at Heart, where wild horses would be free and wild and to spend the rest of their lives free.
Later that day Tango-Hawk returned home from searching what was that in the distance and that he couldn’t find anything but little did he know he left a trail of footprints heading towards his homeland and the Colonel said “Look at that Stallion he would be perfect to be my new horse and order the men to go and round them up”.
Tango-Hawk laid his ears right back in sign of any danger and he noticed that there were men on their horses with whips and ropes and that they forced him and his herd including his mother into the woods into a trap so they could catch all the stallions and broodmares for their breeding program.
The Colonel ordered the men to throw ropes over the black horse with the white marking on his head and on the side of his flank and that he would become his new horse, when the Colonel had gotten off his horse little did he know it was his father Domino Soldier and walked over to him, Tango-Hawk started going mean and high-spirited towards him and ordered him to be whipped until he followed their instructions.
Spirit a buckskin stallion was also captured at the same time as Tango-Hawk, both the mighty fine stallions were led by ropes but the other horses were in a pack with their Calvary horses.
When they arrived at the Calvary camp both the stallions were put in the coral to be broken, both never had a saddle on them and have never been handled, the younger colts and broodmares.
He watched the Colonel with his mother and that he forced her into a broodmare, he wasn’t happy about that and whenever the Colonel tried to get near him he would bite and kick.
When his mother Jumping Thunder had given birth, the Colonel figured why not turn her into a Calvary mare and to be used for their benefit, little did they know that she had turned feral and that no one could get close to her and that when she didn’t listen to reason he decided to shot her in front of Tango-Hawk as she had turned feral and far to wild for the Calvary and that was the last day that he ever saw his mother again.
The Colonel ordered that Tango-Hawk would be punished for his mothers mistakes and took it out on him and that he was regularly beaten by the whips and ropes that they used within the camp and he remembered back when he was little to when his father was beating him up and he had enough of getting beaten and kicked Murphy in the face and bolted off.
He was tied to the post for 3 days with no water or food hoping that will make him weaker, when he was tied to the post along side with Spirit, Little Creek was captured by the men and tied up also.
When the Colonel had mounted upon Tango-Hawk he gave everything he knew to try and get him off his back and when that didn’t work he gave up his fighting ways, but that didn’t mean he had a trick up his sleeve he didn’t think to tie him up so he took off his saddle but still had his halter on his head, and Little Creek freed himself and got on Spirit back and they freed all the other wild horses free.
Tango-Hawk was happy that he was going to be free and wild again and to start up his herd but with one exception he wouldn’t have his mother along-side him to guide him through his life and his mistakes.
One day when he was walking through the river within the woods as he loves the water and nice gentle strolls, he meets this gorgeous filly within the woods and hopes that one day he wants his favourite son to continue to look after his herd and to pass down his personality and traits onto other horses.
More to come when I rp with mystic who is making his mate.
Relation to SSOTC: Was captured by the Colonel to be his new Calvary horse and Spirit captured at the same time. Little Creek and Spirit helped free all the wild horses that had been caught in the roundup.
