History:

I was born into what the humans call the Blue Mountains, "where there was good greens and much water". My mother and I lived with a herd that was called "the Blue Montain herd", I don't know much about my history, because my mother refuses to tell most of it saying that it is better and safer that I not know, and I was to little to remember how I ever came to where I am now, but I know this much: I was born from Agrata (my mother) and Kova (my real father), togethor they were happy, but one day they got seperated, their owner a rich indian trader traded my mother for another horse. My mother excaped and tried to find her way back to Kova, but she became lost and heavy with me. She found a place to rest and gave birth to me: Ravona. She says that she doesn't remeber much after that because she fainted and when she woke a stallion stood over her. We came to live in that stallion's herd, I have learn to call him my [step] father, and I have come to call the Blue Mountains my home. After a year My mother became pregnant with his foal, 11 months later my little half sister Mountain Silver Belles came into the world, she was beautiful! Her coat sparkled in the sun, silver, like the stars. She was the total oppisate of me but, supriseningly we got along fine, we did have our diffrences so we fought then and agian. 

1 Year later: I was alone, now I thought "how could I've been so stupid" I stood there waiting for the snow to stop, I was under a big evergreen tree, shivering and cold. I started to cry, "where am I? What have I done?" I thought. 5 hours earlier: Me and Silver belles had, had a fight. She had said somthing like "at least I have a real dad and not one that I don't even know if he is alive!" suddenly she looked stricken but before she could take it back or apoligize, I ran away from her. I ran to my mother and told her [half demanded her] to tell me where my father was. She was shocked and said "Honey, we've been thru this before... I've told you..." I interuppted and Yelled at her "why won't you tell me!?! You're probably the one who left him! I hate you, and I wish you were never my mom!" Isaid these horrible words and then bursting into tears I ran away from her, and belles, and Nakoma, I thought angerly "He's not my father, he could never love me like my real father! I'll runaway and never come back! I hate him! I hate them all! how could mom be so heartless! She left him! She doesn't care, NO one cares!" I  ranted and raved, choking back tears. I ran and ran even when I ran out of breath I kept running, not even thinking sense anymore just running and crying, and despising everyone. Then suddenly, it started snowing, I slowed down and started coming to my senses, "What have I done! I said those horrible things to my mother and blamed her for things shes not responsible for! I hate myself, I'm the heartless one not mom! And now Im lost and theres a snow blizzard coming!" I found a huge evergreen tree. And here I am sitting in the snow crying still slightly and shivering, Nakoma could'nt leave the herd in this weather to come find me, I was on my own and I didn't know where I was! I shivered more severly not from the cold but from the thought of being all alone for a night! I had to find some more proper shelter, I wondered out into the snow and started searching for an abonded cave or somthing. suddenly I stopped, I smelled somthing... I sniffed the air more carfully taking in the fresh, stiff and foul smell... of wolves.

I wanted to bolt but wasn't sure which way to go. I stood terrified thinking "have they already seen me or caught my scent? Are they wathcing me now? I thought I saw a flash of fur and a blink of eye, I couldn't stand still anymore I was scared to death so I did what any wild horse with strong instincts would do, run. I ran for my life horrified as I heard the wolves take chase behind me, they had been watching me! I ran crashing thruogh branchs, diving back and forth around trees, jumping over fallen trunks, and then I heard a snap and growl right by my back leg, I dared not look to see if they were catching up for fear of slowing down. The toll of me running for hours earlier started to lay on me. I gasped for air but kept running, I was slowing down, and the wolves knew it. They started holwing and barking and growling exitedly, soon I would run out of energy, and soon they would have fresh meat. The thought made me run a little faster but I couldn't keep this up much longer! I was starting to lose consious, from lack of enough air. I felt my legs grow weaker every minute I ran. I couldn't keep running, but the wolves wouldn't give up, they were right at my heels, I could feel their breath as they panted along behind me. Then, I fell, my legs sprawled out from beneath me, the wolves fell apon me, I screamed in pure terror and pain as they bit one of my shoulders I thrashed out and kicked the lead wolf in the side, he went flying and hit a tree. The others drew back, but they circled me, waiting, waiting for the right moment, waiting for me to faint and then they would make their move. Darkness started to fall. I was still concious but not for long, my eyes kept blurring and I felt weak from the loss of blood from my shoulder wound. I felt myself slipping out of conciousness, "NO!" I screamed but everything started to go black, right before I slipped out of conciousness I heard I scream or more like a yell, "so this is how it will end for me, eaten and never found, I never got to say goodbye to my mom or belles or Nakoma, I never got to see my real father", somehow there was no pain, and for some reason I felt peaceful.

hours later: I woke up, wait where am I?!? I tryed to get up but almost fainted from the pain that peirced my shoulder. Oh, yeah suddenly I remembere the wolves and the chase and my fall and my pain as they bit me and... WAIT... how was I alive??? I panicked. My vision was still a little blury, but I tried to get up again to look around and find out where the wolves were. I fell back down, and again almost lost conciousness. "I wouldn't do that if I were you" said a gruff voice. I lifted my head a little bit to find where the voice came from, a few feet away stood a stallion I had never seen before! I couldn't see clearly but he looked young and was a palimino color. I asked "what happend?". He must've been worried but wasn't covering up so well he said in fake angery/annoyed tone "I saved you is what happend". I was almost slipping in and out of conciousness, so I said "thank you... may I ask your name?" I was trying to cover up how releived I was to see another horse. "Widowmaker" then a pause "or at least thats what I used to be called by the humans". I felt a little scared "humans?" I must have sounded scared, becuase he said "nothing to worry about, I ran away from them a while ago so there are none around here". I breathed in a deep breath, "oh" I said. there was an awkward silence in the air. In the silence I took a look around to see where I was. I was in a cave, It was light outside so that must of ment It was morning again, I looked at the ground beside me where some snow was, the snow had been lied down on. That must of ment he had been lieing beside to keep me warm! I owed him more thanks then one!

A couple of years later: Widowmaker brought me back to the herd and in thanks my father allowed him to stay with our herd. Me and Widowmaker have become quite close and I think maybe one day we could be togethor.
