Biography
Hyacinth got born in the Cimarron herd, from the love of Spirit and Maybelline, a beautiful Friesian mare who strayed from her stables to the famous stallion's herd. She had a brother, named Red. This happened before Spirit met Rain.
When Hyacinth was 4 months old, and Rain came into the herd, Spirit didn't talked to her, Maybelline or Red for a time. They were invisible for him. One day, when Spirit and Rain were grazing together, a little far away from the herd, Hyacinth rushed to them in a moment her mother or brother were watching. When Rain saw her, she said:
"Adorable! Who are the parents of this little filly?"
Hearing that, Spirit got embarassed. Before he could say anything, Hyacinth talked:
"Dad, why are you not talking to me and mdom? Are you upset on us?"
Rain's smile vannished.
"Is this your filly?" she asked.
"Ugh....Yes...She is..." Spirit lowered his head.
A moment of silence followed. After staring deeply at Hyacinth, Rain spoke:
"Well...I guess it's not a problem to me. Every stallion must have several mates."
"Rain...I will try to explain...." Spirit felt his eyes were burning of worry he could lose her.
"You don't have why. I understand. And, in fact, I love staying around foals, whoever their parents are."
"Oh...I'm grad you understood. Yes, Hyacinth is my filly. She has also a brother named Red. I can say I am proud to have them as my foals." Spirit smiled.
After some time, when Rain, Red and Hyacinth were starting to be best friends, day by day, the little foals grew up. An idea striked trough Hyacinth's mind. She told Red:
"Brother...I think I will leave really soon from the herd..."
"Wait, what?! Why?" Red got shocked.
"I just feel like making my own family... And, plus, dad must stay more with Rain. He is happier with her than with mom. "
"Impossible! You can't leave! I...I won't let you leave!"
"You must, Red...This will be our last day togheter..."
Next morning, Hyacinth did as she wished. While the Cimarron herd was still sleeping, she galloped away, losing her tracks trough a deep forest, so nobody would have come and get her back, in search of a mate. From that forest, she got to the most divine place she would see ever. A big clearing with apple trees, a long river came from a huge, splendid waterfall, the most tasty grass filled with dew in every morning. It was the best home for a horse with wild blood. It was perfect...
