Personality

Black Ice is a rather mellow and calm stallion, he likes his time to himself and the quiet times on the road to the fort. He loves looking after young foals and watching them grow he doesn't care for the world out side his paddock, nor does he care about the creatures out there... In other words... He's boring...

History

Black was born in Germany where he was later shipped for breeding purposes. His previous owner had enough of the untrained stallions and bought him into the market where he would be bid off for a new owner. The owner of the Rykerous Stables took a liking to the heavy horse and put in a good amount for the horse leading him home behind his own horse.

Once the trio got to the place, the new owner of Black haltered him and set him off to a large paddock with a few horses, all of them gental and willing to meet with the Silver Dappled horse. He got on fine with them.

A month passed and Roseth was getting the cart ready to head off to the fort but had no horse that could pull the cart except Black Ice, she asked the stable boy to fetch him and he did. She was soon harnessing the horse while her husband got Crystallize ready. The group set off, finding out that day that Black Ice was the perfect horse for pulling their carts.

As the years went on te mellow stallion pulled carts and lazed about in his paddock, he's never been broken in to ride, nor does anyone have the intention to ride him. They only use him for driving carriages.

Relation to Spirit

During his travels he's watched the cimmeron herd with his stable owners quite a bit. He also drieves supply wagons to the Fort for the Colonel
