Relations:

-Farrah-
A pretty mare that Pepper had been best friends with. Farrah, however, snapped and abandoned Pepper.

-Spirit-
Pepper seeks the comfort of Spirit and his herd quite often. She has a small crush on him but never shows it, mostly to keep her friendship with Rain intact. 

-Coell-
The little colt she took in after losing her own foal. He is the sunshine in her life and she would do anything to protect him.
What Pepper doesn't know is that Coell is actually Farrah's son and that she and his father banned him from his birth herd.


History:

Pepper was born into her parents herd, it was a nice and sheltered upbringing and she didn't leave them until she turned four. It was then that she started craving for real freedom and adventure.

After wondering on her own for a while, Pepper got lonely. So she sets out to find a companion.
Luckily for Pepper it didn't take long, the next day she found a young mare drinking from a small pond. The mare noticed Pepper, trotted up to her and introduced herself as Farrah.

Both mares found out they were much alike, almost like sisters. They had spend about a year together -which consisted solely of causing trouble- when Farrah changed. She had never been a sweet mare but her behavior got out of hand. Farrah commanded Pepper around and got more and more dominant. 
Pepper didn't dare leave Farrah for a while and when she finally had found the courage to walk away, Farrah beat her to it. She left, without saying anything to Pepper.

Pepper decided to visit her parents' herd again, for some much needed peace and calmness. She never found it though, before she could even get near them Pepper bumped into a golden buckskin stallion. Spirit took Pepper with him back to his herd. She met the Rain and the other mares and decided to stay. Pepper was a loyal mare to Spirit for about a year, but she craved for adventure once again. She told Spirit and after a emotional goodbye Pepper left once again.

Rain advised her to visit the Lakota camp and Pepper did. She found it pretty easily and felt at home immediately. In no time at all Pepper was gentled, the Lakota children especially loved her. 
During her time in the Lakota tribe she met Muckalee and during her second year she fell in love with the stallion. She bore his foal only to find out he already had a mate and foals and that she had been used. She left the tribe in pain, knowing she wouldn't be able to look at Muckalee again.

Pepper returned to Spirit's herd to have her foal. The time leading up to the birth was rather uneventful. But when the time came, Pepper was in for a surprise. The foal was deformed and sickly, dying within an hour. Pepper couldn't bare stay with the herd and left again the next day.

After wandering around aimlessly for a day or two Pepper found a foal lying in the grass. His name was Coell and he had been kicked out of his birth herd because of his ADHD like behavior. She took him in and cared for him like he was her own. Pepper continued to wander with Coell by her side and soon found herself going back to the Lakota tribe because she wanted to see Muckalee again.
