History: Sherlock was born in a forest, his parents loved and cared for their newborn colt. When Sherlock grew older he began to become interested in the world around him. One afternoon the young colt wandered afar from both his parents and out of the forest. He didn't know that the trees ever stopped. His eyes filled with wonder and before he could ever look away, he bumped into another colt, a pale buckskin colt. Puzzled, Sherlock helped him up. The other colt thanked him and was what seemed happy to see Sherlock. Sherlock was surprised to see another colt his age for once, after all, the only horses he knew were his parents. The two talked and got to know eachother and before Sherlock, or the other colt knew it, they bonded into friendship. Sherlock's father suddenly appeared behind Sherlock. He didn't notice until his new friend gulped and looked his way. Sherlock turned around and chuckled nervously with a small grin. His father frowned upon him and advised him to follow. Sherlock nodded and said goodbye to his new friend and followed his dad home. (More will come.)
