A small wet foal slipped into the world, the dark foal lay there. Her mother nuzzled her and licked her nose of slightly, attempting to stand and finish licking her, but was brought back down with a wave of pain. Letting out a weak neigh the mare pushed another foal into the world. Taking deep breaths the mare pushed her self up enough to see the other foal, nudging it. The foal didnt move.
The mare's lip quivered. She pushed her self up "I name you" She gestured to the still foal "Emeralo, and you" She pointed her nose to the live foal " Angico"
Angico raised her ears at her name. "Come dautgher, i have someone to show you" Angico tried to push her self up and failed the first few times over. Once reaching sucsess she took a wobblly step to her Mom, almost face planting into her side.
Her tummy growled and instint forced her to find her mother's milk.
