History:

Canyon was born in the heart of the Cimarron, and loved his mother dearly. He grew into a strong colt, and would try to play with the other foals. But because he was not a mustang, the others treated him badly. Canyon would look up to his mother, and stayed next to her for comfort. When Canyon was a year old, the other year old colts, trapped him in the woods, and all ganged up on him. Canyon fought back, but grew afraid they were going to kill him, so he ran back to the herd, and went to stand next to his mother. One dreadful day, Canyon walked away from the herd, and was caught. He kicked and reared, but was taken far away from his herd. Canyon escaped and ran far into the canyons. Canyon never saw his mother again, and cursed himself for not being careful.two years passed, and Canyon had learned to live on his own. He would never forget the day another stallion trespassed on his land. The two fought, and Canyon had the honor of wining. He killed the stallion, but had earned a scar on his eye. After that encounter, with the stallion, Canyon learned to keep a better watch. He felt like the ruler of the canyons, and was going to keep it that way.
