History:
Near the Cimarron herd, a foal was born. Her father disliked her at once, saying her wanted a colt that would take on his herd is something happened to him. Grace's mother would not let her father kill her, so she took young Grace, and galloped to a safer place. But fate soon came on the two, and Grace's father killed her mother. Thankfully, before Grace's mother was killed, she told Grace to hide in the brush near by. But the fate still hung deep down inside Grace, knowing she had lost her only family. Three years later, Grace found herself in the Lakota village, where she befriended a mare who had had the same fate as her. The two got along, but Grace wanted something more, she wanted to live in a herd where she would be protected. So thats where her journey began. Grace galloped away from the village, and into the mysteries ahead. Before the day was over, Grace found herself, on another horses land. She knew so, because she smelled their sent on the wind. Grace walked into the night, hoping she would run into a herd. But to her disappointment, the herd that once grazed below her, had moved on. The hope she had felt early that day, vanished. She sighed in distress, and walked on. Grace's legs grew tired, and her muscles grew sore. The only thing the kept Grace going, was her spirit. Never had Grace seen so much barren land. She had walked far into a dense land, which was deserted. No life was to be seen. Grace was tired, she was tired of walking, and tired of the land tht just kept rolling on. Her life felt blank and useless. As the days dragged on, Grace grew more desperate to find a herd. Her days were filled with pain from never seeing a horse. But her luck came on a cold and ark day. Grace was wondering through a grassy prairie, when she ran into a band of stallions. At first, Grace was terrified, but the stallions ment her no harm. They lead her to a herd, filled with horses of all colors. Grace was delighted, and waited to see what she would rank as. Grace felt safe with the herd, and would try to get to know most of the horses, for she had been lonely most of her life. Grace was told she would be a messenger, and would deliver messages that were important. The fate that had happened to her years ago was forgotten, but Grace never forgot her mother.
