H I S T O R Y

Dire was born in the lakota tribe, from a long line of war horses. she was the pride and joy of her families line and little creek didn't waste a second on gifting her to his wife on her birth day. at the time she was just a foal, the couples son Fearless was 12 years old at the time and he and dire would often play with one another, even though he was human dire saw fearless as her little brother. She was over protective of him and of her rider Tahoma. some times she would get jealous of little creek whom Tahoma spent more time with and would try and push him away from her. but as Dire grew up she learned that tahoma had other things to do than take care of her and play with her, and made friends around the tribe. She liked playing around the the tribes people and they all knew her very well.  She  made friends with a younger mare named Bare the two became like sisters and where very close if it hadn't had been for thier coats one would have thought they were twins at birth. Bare and Dire were riding partners as Bare belonged to the chiefs daughter and Tahoma's best friend Acai. however when a younf mare came to the tribe in search of strong horses to help her regain her herd back Dire and Bare could not refuse the call....
