Nine Elven was born into the cimirron herd during the same year as spirit. the two where always inseperable. if it wasn't for the coat genetics one would have htought they were brothers. Nine Elven wasn't strong as a foal, he was very frail and weak. Spirit often protected him as foals and played with him when no one else would. Nine greatly looked up to spirit. Even into thier adult hood. when spirit was captured Esperanza turned to to Nine for help, however Nine had no clue were spirit was taken, even still he went in search. Nine while nine was wandering he found a group of horses that looked like his mother & father, Sorraia's and roan mustangs, as well as duns and a new other colors. A mustange mare who was strawberry roan pleaded to him to set her and her family and friends free to help them. Nine was in search for spirit but he felt a calling deep within him to save these horses. It turns out it was a glue company that had them and they were going to be killed. Nine agreeded to help the mare. she said her name was Americana, and that her whole family and herd was trapt with her. She promised that if he helped her that she would give him her herd as they needed a strong lead stallion and that he could have her as his lead mare. Nine agreed and set them all free, He and Americana burned down the glue ranch. and ran off into the hills. Nine was always worried about spirit but now he had a bigger job, and that was to lead the Sorraia herd. He hopes and dreams that one day he will see Spirit again. His brother.

As the smoke clears, I awaken

And untangle you from me
Would it make you feel better
To watch me while I bleed?
All my windows still are broken
But I'm standing on my feet
