Story: Renagade was born in the Cimarron Herd along with his brother Zuren.  Renagade was the smaller of the two, and growing up was hard. His father prefered his brother over him because he was stronger then Renagade. However, while his father was out training Zuren, Renagade's mother loved and cared for him.

Rengade hated his brother and he had a good reason why. As foals, Renagade was constantly beaten up by Zuren to show that he was weaker. And whenever his father saw this, he'd tell Renagade what a terrible son he was, and that he had discraced his family and herd. His mother would Always comfort him, and tell him how great he really was but it didn't change how he felt.

As stallions,Renagade got stronger. But his brother was still stronger. When Spirit was chosing warriors to protect the herd, instead of chosing Renagade's brother, Renagade was chosen. this  infuriated Zuren! he was so angry at Spirit's choise, that he launched himself  at Renagade, and before Renagade knew it he was caught in a battle to the death with his own brother. Spirit tried to stop them, but it was too intense to get into. Renagade was shocked. he hadn't a clue what to do, he had no choise but to fight. Renagade was underestimated by Zuren, because when the battle was over Zuren lay lifeless at Renagade's hoofs.

Spirit's mouth dropped. Renagade took one look at Zuren and his gaze was horrified. he had destroyed his own brother. it was then Spirit banished him to exile and ordered two stallions to chase him away. Renagade pleaded with Spirit to let him stay, that the death of his brother was only an axcident, but Spirit ignored his pleads. Then he turned towards his parents who had been watching the fight, but his mother just galloped away sobing; for she had lost a son. And his father glared at him, and as Renagade ran his father shouted: " You'll never be half the son Zuren was!"

Renagade ran. he ran as far as his legs would take him. finally he reached a soft wooded forest. he looked at his scars from the battle. his fathers words ecoed in his mind. That's when Renagade couldn't take it anymore! his soul turned dark, his mind twisted, his heart, as cold as night. that stormy night he swore he would get revenge on every one who had done him wrong!

After that Renagade had gathered a group of roug horses that had the same desire for revenge. All across the country, Renagade's group was feared by horses and men. Some people  called him the scourge of among horses, some even thought he was a only a legend. Renagade and his group raided everything from wolves to humans for food, and whenever Renagade saw the least bit of happieness, he'd crush it to the ground. but Renagade's life wasn't complete, he still needed revenge on Spirit and his father. And one day he and his group were off to to find Renagade's father, and get what Renagade had disired for so many years. they found Naru and Renagade ambushed him, he tore and bit into any flesh he could get his hooves on. His father looked up, and Renagade saw something in his father he had never seen before... Fear! Renagade loved how he trembled in his very presence! this...THIS is what Renagade had wanted for so many years! Naru begged for Renagade to release him, but Renagade only tightend his grip. but it was then Naru confessed real reason he neglected him so much as a foal, it was because he was the exact image of his own father who was killed by a moutain lion. Naru began to cry as he apoligized for the way he had treated Renagade. Renagade didn't reply. he droped his father and walked away without making a sound. Renagade didn't know why he had spared his father's life, but it wasn't going to stop him from getting revenge on Spirit. Renagade planned to set the Cimaron valley on fire and burn Spirit along with it, and within a month Renagade's plan became a reality. Spirit's death saddened everyone in the country side. Renagade had gotton what he wanted, and he was finally happy. or so he thought... Renagade soon came to belive he didn't need love to be happy.... just revenge, but he was soon to discover that wasn't exactly true. One day a mare was cought at Renagade's campsite, she was unlike any other mare he had ever seen. she was called Bright Moon.

At first Bright Moon, didn't like Renagade at all he attempted to flirt, but she didn't find that amusing. Renagade kept her as a prisinor for awile but as he spent more time with her he began to feel something he had never felt before.... He began to fall in love with her.  And by doing so, his followers became suspisious. They confronted him and warned him that Bright Moon was becoming a distraction to Renagade and was getting in the way of their progress. Renagade became angry with them and ran off to think. The following days, Renagade was quiet. and Bright Moon reconized it. But she had something she wanted to discus with Renagade as well. Bright Moon and Renagade had become really close, and now Bright Moon wanted a foal. Renagade however, wasn't sure he did. Renagade thought he wouldn't make a good father to a foal, and he absoulutely didn't want to begin his trama and pain all over again for someone else. To take his mind off things, he went on a raid. alone.

Renagade's disapearence was a bit of a shock to everyone even the Rebelliance knew Renagade didn't go out alone. Bright Moon became worried for him and decided to go and look for him, So she left camp. On the way to the Lakota camp, Renagade began to ask himself various questions. Why do I continue this life? Why is it I want revenge so badly? Is it all worth it? But his thoughts were interupted as he reached the village and saw a wall of horses and men Lakota, the Calvery, and Storm, spirit's son all untited aginst Renagade. determined to destroy him. Renagade cocked an eyebrow, "are you kidding me?" he smirked. he ran towards them and leaped right over their heads! but then the conel turned in his seat and shot Renagade from his under belly, Renagade unexspectedly crashed to the ground, but quickly climbed to his feet as the wall of horses and men began to chase him. Bright Moon heard screaming and whinnies in the distance and followed it fearing it Renagade was in trouble. Renagade had taken out an army before, but for some reason he didn't really try to take anyone now. Renagade's enemys had him finally backed up aginst the edge of a water fall, and Renagade was bloody and scared up. Renagade looked at the tall drop and then back at the conel. He closed his eyes for a moment and as the conel was about to shoot, Renagade jumped off and fell down. Renagade felt his mane blow in the wind as he seemed to fall endlessly. He knew he wouldn't make it, and that was the reason he jumped. Renagade had a motto and that was to fear nothing, but there was something he was afraid of... His own death. but now he was sick of all the crap and pain he's gone through, that now, death was all he really wanted. In the distance Bright Moon watched as Renagade's body fell down the waterfall. She let out a scream as tears escaped her eyes. "RENAGADE!!!" There was a loud thump as Renagade's body hit the bottom, and with that the horses and men raised their voices in a victory cheer. but Bright Moon ran fast back to camp, she couldn't bear to see Renagade lifeless. She told the Rebelliance of Renagade's death, and everyone neighed a long sad morning.

Renagade coughed as water came from his mouth. He felt blood trickle down his head as he tried to climb to his feet. Renagade smirked, and then let out a laugh. "Heh.. Fools, oh well, guess I'll have to continue my pitiful life of treturey." and with that Renagade got up and limped back to camp. Bright Moon was still quiet as well as the others, as they began to pack up and move, since Renagade was gone their wasn't a Rebelliance anymore. And as  a stallion came to Bright Moon's side there was a sound coming from a bush near the camp entrence, the Stallions tensed preparing for a fight, when suddenly Renagade came through and collapsed in front of the entrence. "RENAGADE?!" the group raised their tones in shock. Bright Moon galloped to his side and whinnied out in a joyful cry. "Your alive!" Renagade sleepily looked up at Bright Moon. "Oh hey Moon... how's it goin" Renagade rasped. "We...I...saw..I thought you were dead?..." Renagade laughed harder. "Babe, you cant kill a Renagade!" He smiled at her as she baried her face in his mane. "Moon? about the foal... I was thinkin' Ash?..." Bright Moon gigled and hugged Renagade tighter.

A year later Bright Moon and Renagade had a colt, and named him Ash. Renagade and Rebelliance was still in action, but Renagade had decided to continue letting the humans think he was dead, So he left the valley in search of a new home, where he could start a new life with his mate,son, and group. Bright Moon and Renagade taught their son the ways of a rouge, and they enjoyed playing with their son and turned out to be pretty good parents. And all around Renagade's story was told in tribes, Herds, and camps.
