History:

When Joey was a foal, he would keep to himself. All of the other foals would try to play with him, but he just stayed with his mother. As Joey grew older, he needed freedom and left his birth home in search for a new life. Joey came across the Lakota village, where he decided to stay. He tried hard to became friends with the other horses, but they just ignored him and walked away. Joey felt depressed anf felt that the world had nothing form him. He left the village, and traveled onward. As the cold winter dyas neared, Joey knew he had to find a herd to stay with, but there were none in sight as far as Joey knew of. But as he traveled on, a blizzard hit and Joey had to fight his way through it. As the storm raged on, he became weak, and fell to the ground as a blackness setled over him.

When the lonely stallion awoke, a mare was standing next to him, staring into his eyes. Joey lifted his head from the snow, and got up shaking the cold snow from his coat. The mare told him to fallow her, so he did, knowing she might be leading him to a herd. As they walked on, the mare told him her name was Bella. Joey smiled, and knew he had found a friend. Bella talked to him, in-till they walked into a strand of thick trees. What lay ahead, was a small herd. As soon as the two walked in to the herd, they were greeted kindly as Bella lead him through.

As srping neared, Joey felt feelings for Bella, and would often try ro tell her. But he could never find the words, and would keep his true feelings from her. When the two were walking through the woods on a warm srping night, Bella told Joey how she wished they could be something more. Joey smiled at Bella's beautuful face, and expressed his feeling by gently nuzzling her face. His feelings pored out as he told her he felt the same way, and just wanted to be with her. The two walked back to the herd, with warm hearts.
