History:
 

Sun was born in the calvary and was often beaten for not obeying. Sun also was there to witness his mothers death. He was standing next to his mother, when three men came into the field, and took his mother. She reared up, and one of the men shot her. Sun was devastated and heart broken. They put another mare into the field to nurse Sun for his mother was murdered. When Sun grew older, he was sold to a band of men who mistreated thier horses. Sun was hitched to a heavy wagon, and suffered many long miles from him being the only horse pulling the wagon. At the end of the day, Sun would try to lay down, but was forced to his feet and wipped. Sun finally felt the urge to ecape, and he did. He ran for miles before stopping and laying under a tree and falling into a deep sleep.....

Sun awoke, and saw a beautiful mare looking into his face. For a moment, Sun thought he was in heaven. But  when the mare gently nudged his face, he knew she was real. The mare stayed with Sun and nursing him back to health in-till he was strong enough to be on his feet again. Sun sometimes shied away from the mare from fear, because of what happened to him in his long four years. But he soon found out he had great feelings for the mare who's name was Alana. He nudged her and ask her to become his mate, for he did not want to lose her. She nudged him back, and gently nickerd to him saying yes. They traveled to a lake, and stopped there to rest, laying down next to each other for warmth. The next morning, as Sun looked into Alana's beautiful pale blue eyes, he knew he found love and friendship, he knew they would be together forever. The mare had taught him to love and forgive, wile he taught her to be brave and to always know your free. They looked into each other eyes for a long time, in-till Alana nudged him, and they got up and left the lake to start a knew life.
