Where they live: The Dakota tribe live on an open plain just near the Valley known as Heaven, were the Yulawirri herd live.

Where they live: They live in a beautiful valley full of cool creeks and beautiful meadows. There are also large caves to shelter in and tree covered areas to play in. The valley is like a slice of heaven and is enchanting to everyone who sees it.

About the herd: The herd is led by the handsome stallion Celtic and is open to just about anyone who wants to join it. Mares are always accepted, but sometimes Celtic is unsure about other stallions, but he eventually comes around.

History

As a Foal

Mirri was born in the small village of Dakota, run by the Dakota tribe. She was her parent’s dream, to have a daughter, but it was also the end to her mother’s life. Her mother was meant to be infertile, but when she became pregnant her body wasn’t ready. Her mother’s body was working overtime trying to provide for the baby inside, and sadly her mother passed away during birth, but the Indians were able to save her baby. Mirri was adopted by one of the Indian families and grew up with a teenage girl called Nattai. Everyday Mirri was out in the pasture with her father, where he taught her everything she needed to know about the world, and told her stories about her mother.

As a Teen

Mirri was always ‘Daddy’s little girl’ and always tried to please her father. As she didn’t have a mother, she always looked up to her father. Mirri and Nattai, the young girl who grew up with her, had become best friends and were inseparable. They were both now reckless teens and spent every moment together. The other villagers would watch in awe as Nattai would fly race through the village on Mirri. No one understood the bond that Nattai and Mirri had, but they knew that no matter what they would always stay together.

As an Adult

As Mirri and Nattai entered their adult years, they both started being more interested in boys. They would sit on the hill together, and Nattai would tell Mirri about every guy in the village and what she thought of them, but in her own mind Mirri was longing to meet the guy of her dreams. One day Mirri was out on the plain alone when a strange stallion approached. He was very handsome and his body was rippling with strong muscles He started chatting to Mirri, explaining his name was Celtic, and before long they became good friends. They met up almost every day, and spent hours talking about the randomest stuff. One day Mirri was in the middle of saying something what he leant over and kissed her. She felt her heart skip a beat and butterflies form in her stomach. From that day forward Mirri and Celtic fell deeply in love. When Mirri brought Celtic to the village for the first time, Nattai was so happy to see Mirri in love. She told Mirri she could go and live with Celtic, and so Mirri left the village to go and live in the valley with Celtic, but it wasn’t that far so Mirri always goes to visit Nattai, and they share their special moments again.
