History

Vitilago was born the twin brother of Strider. He was always the smooth talker but Strider was always the looker (or atleast to most mares) Vitilago and Strider never got along well they where constantly challenging each other. who was the best at this and that. One day they both met a mare named Esperanza. Both stallions where taken with her, but only one could have her. The two brothers joined the herd deseaving the lead stallion into letting them in. As they grew the brothers thought of a way to get the lead stallion kicked out. Strider was strong but Vitilago was the fighter, Vitilago beat the old Lead stallion however he was Esperanza's father, she hated him for that. Strider stepped in at this and acted as her crying shoulder. Vitilago hated Strider from then on as it was his idea too. One day strider lead Vitilago into the human Calvary unit's camp site after pretending to be racing with him. Vitilago was roped and tied down, he faught but the leader of these humans was far to strong as was his horse. The Colonel took Vitilago back to the base, where he was given the name vigo. He was given to the Colonel's son Leonardo, Vitilago likes Leonardo something was different about him. He got used to calvary life as best he could. however everything changed when a Mare and her sister came into the calvary as wild horses.

Thier names where Riverfire and a yearling named Babble. Riverfire just went but the name of fire she was a short hot headed bay mare whom refused to take any task or order from the humans. As this mare and her sister where tied to the post for three days Vitilago watched them. Riverfire nearly tore the skin off her snout trying to get free from the ropes. Vitilago went to talk to the mare. as they talked she told him about her herd and tried to talk him into helping her and babble get free. Vitilago saw no value in that for himself, until he heard it...that name....Thier lead stallion..and Riverfire's mate was Strider. Vitilago did have a reason to help the sisters now although very deceitfull he let the sisters go, but he made little Babble whom was quiet taken with him promise she would come back for him and show him her herd. She promised and now all vitilago had to do was wait.

Until this time was to come however she still had calvary life, and a new horse came in.
