History: Gower left his parents as soon as he was old enough. He never knew of his younger sister Iola. Gower was found grazing in a man's field, the man caught him and took him to the Cavalry where they trained him to become a great battle horse.
Gower fought in five battles. During the first, he met a young pack-horse called Oatis. Before that meeting, being caught up in any violence used to make Gower feel restless and miserable, but Oatis became his closest friend, always beside him in the next three battles.
But after the third war, Oatis had to retire from pack-carrying because of a bad arrow wound. Gower, not knowing that his friend's leaving was for good, waited for Oatis's return, in vain.
Gower was said to have died on his fifth and last battle, when an Indian brave struck his side with a Tomahawk weapon but infact, despite being wounded and burned from head to foot after the wars fire he some how managed to survive.
He was foudn by The Kiger's youngest son, Ryder.
