Personality: Violette has always been a perfectionist, she's always trying to improve herself and her situation. Despite that, she's still a proud mare, she doesn't handle critique well and can be pretty nasty when provoked.
Violette rarely shows emotion and picks her friends carefully. Rather cold to anyone new, but take time to get to know her and she'll be the most loyal friend you've ever had. 
Likes: Being right about something, her family, stallions mistaking her for a younger mare.
Dislikes: Being proven wrong, getting her coat dirty, young obnoxious foals, bad weather.

History: Violette was born in a small herd of mustangs. They lived an easy life, hidden in a small valley, the herd was never bothered by predators.

She grew up to be a rather rebellious young horse, she disagreed with every move the herd made. There was a lot of tension between Vio and the herd members and because of that she was kicked out of the herd.
Violette had big plans for herself, but her number one goal was starting a family or maybe even a herd.
To start a family you need a mate and so Violette set out to find a suitable stallion.
It didn't take long before Vio met Coltrane, they hit of quickly and decided to stay together.
One day, Violette woke up and Coltrane was gone. She was devastated that her love left her, and with him the chance to fulfill her dreams. 
Vio spend about a year looking for a new mate, one even better then Coltrane. But instead of finding a new mate Violette ended up giving birth to her and Coltrane's first son.
Three years had passed when Colt suddenly showed up, he had come to see his son, Bingo. 
Coltrane and Violette re-united for Bingo's sake, but they were arguing a lot.
Over the years their relationship did improve, especially after they had another colt.

Even more years passed and Coltrane and Vio had their first grandson, Strider. A few moths after his birth Colt passed away and a few days after that, Violette passed.
