Splash's Story:

The day of my birth, I never so much as glimpsed my father... My mother turned on him, and she took me away. He watched us leave, then turned and walked the other way. I didn't know he was my father then, but now I do.

When I was old enough to leave my mother's side, I left quickly. I hated her for leaving my father like that. I ran far away from her and wished to never see her agian. Now I am on a journey, a journey to find my father, and to let him know that I'm on his side- not my mothers.

About a year into my search, I found a young stallion who has just left his mother and need protection. I felt a connection to this colt, and let him travel with me. We traveled far and wide, and fast. Yet, I could never find a trace of my father... Until the day I asked the colt about his parents...

He said his father was a Red Dun paint, and his mother was a Grey. I asked him to take me to his parents, and we set off. When we got to the place he had last seen his herd, they were gone. I told him my whole story. He was surprised to find that he had a half-brother.

So now we are on the journey together, and someday soon we hope to find our father...
