Personality: Firefly is a very caring mare. She dosnt like seeing anyone upset and will do anything to cheer other horses/foals up. She loves her family and friends and would do anything for the ones she loves.

History: 

Firefly was born into a small herd. She was always an active, playful foal and was friends with everyone. She would run around chasing and playing with the other foals for hours everyday. But, one day her and her parents went out, looking for new grazing pastures. They had been walking for about 20 minutes when 3 mountain lions came out of the forest. Firefly knew that mountain lions only ever travelled together when they were really hungry...then they would make a big kill that would feed them for a week. Firefly paniced as they attacked, she managed to race away before they could harm her, but her parents stood their ground and fought. Firefly ran and ran. She ran for almost 3 days straight but when she finally stopped, she collapsed in a heap.

After laying there for 2 days, a local farmer found her. He took her back to his farm and cared for her. She grew up there, and was well known through out the town. As she got older, she started to forget what happened to her parents, but she never forgot fully, it was still there, burned in the back of her mind. After living on the farm for almost 3 years, she met a stallion. It was love at first sight and before long Firefly gave birth to a little filly. She named her daughter Watch Me Shine. Watch Me Shine was born with a rare genetic mutation in her genes, instead of being sorrel to match her mane and tail, she came out white with red stockings. But Firefly never thought of this as a flaw, she loved that her daughter wasnt plain and boring like every other horse, she was unique and special. Theres nothing Firefly loves more in then  Watch Me Shine and she hopes that one day she will the perfect stallion.
