Bio:
Red, the chestnut foal with shimmering black spots on his butt that reflect the sun on hot summer afternoons. He lay in the grass next to his dam, snoozing under a big apple tree. When *PLOP*, an apple fell on the colts head. He popped his head up real fast, wondering what had hit him. It was an apple. Red looked at the apple real quick, keeping his gaze on it for a moment, until a tiny worm stuck it's head out. Red was surprised to see such a monstrosity. He quickly and gently grabbed the worm and flung it out of the apple, the worm landing a slight thirty feet away from him. Red licked the grass furiously, hoping to get the disgusting worm juice off his lips. His dam soon awoke and licked his little mane. Red kept his gaze with the apple, and, as fast lightning, grabbed the apple with his fragile foaly teeth, and bit it in half to soon be disolved by his stomach asid. Red snatched up the other half of the apple, and held it to his mothers shoulder, poking her slightly. Red's dam looked down at the foal as his pestered her to eat the apple. She did. The smile on Red's tiny face was beaming with delight, and his mother was surprised at what little things she had to do to make him happy.
Red and his dam got up, and walked into the summer fog that made them feel like they had to take a million breaths to satisfy what usually was one. They walked of to Red's sire, who was cautiously watching over the rest of the herd. Tip-toeing over to each mare to make sure they were ok, considering how high the humidity was. Red and his sire and dam gathered the herd and took them to the watering hole. Each mare drinking with ease, treasuring each sip like it was a pirates gold. The herd lie down in the sun, next to the watering hole, snapping up bits of grass as they lazily lay there under the summer sun.
Relation to Spirit: Red's sire was a friend of Spirit's back when he and Spirit were colt's.
