Description: When Buck was born he saw his mother look at him and he neyed and was happy. When his father saw him he tried to get up but when he did he just fell on the ground. After a few months went by Buck grew a little to wear he could walk around. One day There was a heavy wind and Buck was feelling it he was vary happy because he new he would always be free. After a year went by, his mother gave birth to his brother (Bullet). When Buck found out that he had a brother he new he had to watch out for him so he don't get hurt. One day spirit was going through the herd he went on a hill and saw something that he went to find out what it was and when he came back it was daytime. Spirit was freaking out and telling everyone to get out of here because there were people comming to take spirit away. When Buck was trying to find his brother instead of finding Bullet he found a person and that same person had caught him. Buck was so scared he tryed to get away but the rope would not break. When Spirit noticed that someone had caught buck he was worried that buck would get hurt. When they got to the place wear the colonel was, spirit was trying to get free so he could get buck back to the herd. The colonel had first looked at Spirit and told the men to cut his mane and then tie him to the post without food and water. After that he saw buck and told the men to cut his mane and put him in the stables. That night Spirit was staring at the moon but buck was trying to get out of the stables. It had came morning again and the colonel stepted out of his house he was pouring water on him and then he looked at spirit and then he looked at a few of his men because they brought an indian with them. The colonel told the men to tie him to the post without food and water. On that night the indian was making noises and was trying to get spirits attention. Instead he got buck's attention. When it became morning the colonel asked to get spirit to the coral to break him. There were many soldiers trying to break him but they all failed. While buck and the indian was watching, the indian had cut the rope. The colonel had gotten into the coral and got on spirits back and he was trying to also break him. When he thought he had broken him spirit grabed the reins and started acting like a bunking bronco and he finally got out of the coral and the indian jumped on spirits back and then spirit jumped into the stables and broke the other door and freed all of the horses that were in the stables including buck. After they got out of the place the indian wistled and another horse appeard it was a mare. Her name was Rain. There was other indians with ropes they had put the ropes on spirit but after buck saw the ropes he quickly ran off. But there was an indian following him and shortly after buck was once again caught. They brought Spirit and Buck to there land and they were both put in the same coral. Buck tried jumping it but it was too high for him. The indian had rain show spirit and buck there land and shortly after that the indian tried to ride spirit but he new that he could never be ridden so he had spirit and buck leave but before they left they ran up to rain to tell her to come with them and they could show her there land. But rain did not want to go and in fact rain had heard noises and soon after that she ran after her owner. Spirit and buck followed. buck was caught again. When spirit caught up to rain the colonel had a gun and spirit had hit him and he shot rain. On that night Spirit and Buck had been put on a train and later they had to pull the train when spirit and buck found out were they were headed with the train he pretended to faint and when buck saw him fall he was worried. After they took the stuff off spirit and put a chain around his legs he got up and started running and getting the horses loose and when buck got loose he followed spirit. While they were running the trian was following them and soon after that their was a fire and they went into the woods. They had to jump but when spirit jumped the chain that was around his neck was caught on a branch. Luckually the indian was there. After the indian got them back to his land spirit was sad because he was hoping rain was there but then he realized he died. The indian looked at him and then he wistled and after that both spirit and buck looked forward and saw that rain was alive. Spirit ran to rain and buck was happy that she had lived. When Rain and Spirit walked up to the indian and buck, The indian hugged rain and told her that she would always be in his heart and took the feather out of her mane. Then he hugged spirit and told him to take care of her. When he noticed there was someone he forgot he had also gave Buck a hug. On thier way back to spirits herd buck was a full grown stallion. When they saw the herd they were also happy to see everyone was alive. Buck was sad because his parents were gone but his brother was still there and also a full grown stallion also with a mare. Buck was jealous. When Esperanza saw her son she was happy. From then on Spirit had been vary carefull were to go. Spirit also had a new leader to guide the herd when he dies and it would be Buck. After a few days went by he had met a mare named Inveirno. They mated and had a son named Basil. Everyone was vary happy.
