Name: Namara
Age: Depends on what age you draw her at
Type: Female stag
Birthplace: A forest near the Cimarron territory
Likes: Kocoum, life, when it rains, and running through meadows
Dislikes: Humans, most horses, predators, when male stags fight, and hunters
Relation to Spirit: She raised Spirit's cousin, Kocoum, for awhile
Personality: Shy, kind, motherly
Biography: Namara lived normal life as a fawn. She lived with her mother until she was mature enough to go raise a fawn of her own. She had a baby with a male stagnamed Avon. After the baby was born, Avon wandered off. Namara named him Scafe. A few weeks later, a coyote attacked them. Namara escaped, but Scafe was unable to. About two days later, Namara wandered down to the Stream to get a drink. She was supriesed to see a day-old colt curled up on the riverbank! Namara decided to raise the colt as her own. She named him Kocoum. They lived together for some time, but then Native Americans came hunting in the forest. They found Namara and Kocoum, and they gave chase. Kocoum got away, but however, Namara did not.

Charlotte: That's MY coyote character in the Must-See. There's a
sequence in the movie where Spirit is in the Indian village and some
children are playing with puppies of an unknown breed. They can either
be wolves, wolfdogs or coyotes, it never specifies, but that's why I
made my coyote character. Just wanna let people know that in case they get the inclination to report No Good. I worked way too hard on his bio to have him deactivated by someone who has a vendetta against coyote characters on Spirit Source. Sierra: Wolves very rarely take down horses. They may snatch a newborn foal or feed on a carcass, but they're main prey consists of mice, rabbits, birds, other small mammals, deer, elk and bison (only a very large and powerful pack will take down a bison or elk, and most of the time, it's either a sick or a young one). |

And there are coyotes on the source. In fact, a coyote is a must see.
Coyotes don't even appear in the movie! Deer were in the opening
sequence. |

The mods have clearly stated that just because a certain species
wasn't featured in the film doesn't mean they can't have certain
characters be different animals (as long as they have a certain
relationship to spirit and so on). Deer were seen in the opening
sequence as well. Also, I'm not going to be upset or report people if people create animals that exist in the united states deer, elk, bison, wolves (as long as they behave like wolves and eat horses) Dogs (that are actually tamed and not wild dogs that befriend Spirit) And Amy, you've only been here a few months considering how long
these sites have been running that isn't very much. |
