History: Medallion started off as the son of an omega stallion. They were pushed out of every herd they knew.
When his parents found another herd and were wondering if they were going to be accepted or not, suddenly the herd were surrounded by a large group of people on horseback.
All were caught except a few. Medallion was one of the few. The skittish foal was too quick for them.
When the people left, instead of running away Medallion followed the people back to their camp, trying not to be spotted on the way. His parents had been captured.
The humans arrived at the camp and led all the horses to a well made selling paddock guarded by two indians. Medallion couldn't do anything but watch.
When he was grazing in a quiet wood near the human camp, he saw one person let out two male horses and three females to graze. Those horses had become tame and were now steeds of warriors.
Determind now to free his family and the rest of the herd, one night Medallion made up his mind to go and investigate the fencing. After dodging round and hiding in the night, Medallion (being a huge, strong stallion now), grew deperate and threw himself at the fencing. It splintered and a lot of the horses got away but the noise woke the humans and he parents didn't get out.
Days past and Medallion's parents enjoyed the company of humans. Medallion too became a little more tame.
Then years past and he became protective over the camp, guarding it night and day from wild animals, horses (including Mikasi) and other humans.
Relation to SSOTC: his brother is Strider
