Bio~

Kateri was born in the Indian Village, with Little Creek and her friends. When she ws around 2 years old,the Colonel and his men attacked the village,...,again.She was one of the little foals that ended up being "abandoned",she had no mother any more, because she was killed in the attack. Her father was a herd leader, but she didnt know which one it was,or where it was.She ended up being a loner.Times came and went when she would find some other horses that were loners, and they would stay with her,but then they would find another herd and leave her.She happened to be walking one day, when a stallion noticed her.The stallion was also a loner,in need of a herd. The stallions name was Altair, and she grew on him. They came to love eachother, and they wanted to start a herd together. They had many foals,in which the colts would leave by age 2 or 3,and the mares would stay,to progress the size of the herd. The herd was called the East River Herd, and she was the Lead mare. They lived in a small area that did not have much, but offered a lot.The time came when they had to move, because there was not much tall grass left to graze on,and the mares that were in gestation needed it.They found found a new place not too long ago, that was to the east of a river, and they came to love that too.
