Personality Characteristics

Personality: Serenity is inderpendant and lives for her job. she acts tough to keep alive but actually she is kind. when she gets angry to hides it with calm. She is also very quiet both, which aids her rider at times.

Likes: Her rider, grazing, running at her fastest, forests, being ridden by her rider

Dislikes: Bandits, things that get in the way of her job, the thought of her rider dieing

History

Serenity was weaned from her mother a few weeks after birth. Serenity was taken to a ranch to live with other horses. But Serenity was smarter then the others and always found a way to escape from her stall. The ranch was usualy a nice place but their rule of punishment was harsh so Serenity refused to give in and stop having her fun.

When Serenity escaped one day when it was raining, she stumbled in slippery mud and fell. Serenity hadn't been in this kind of situation yet (XD) so she had no idea how to get up. A man on a sure footed horse was trotting by to give a message to her ranch's owner and he saw the filly. The man got Serenity up on her hooves and tied a rope round her neck. Serenity fought agianst the rope and the man inspected her build and thought that she had a good body to be a courier horse (as he was a courier). He took Serenity back to the ranch, having no doubt that's where the shoed horse had come from. He delivered his message and asked if Serenity was fast and the owner said yes the only problem was she wouldn't obey.

The courier man brought Serenity and began training her as a courier horse. Serenity liked the man and for the first time in her life obeyed a human. When his horse became too old to ride on his messages, he used Serenity as her courier horse. When Serenity were out to send an important message to the colonel she and her rider came across a bounty hunter and horse called Spark. As it was night they had a chance to talk and Serenity got a huge crush on Spark.

When they continued on to deliver their message early in the morning, they neared the fort they were headed to and caught an indian raiding a supply wagon out the front. Serenity's rider spurred her into a head long gallop and they told the first soldier they saw, that there was a native raiding their supplies. After doing so they mover onto give their message, then went on  to their long journey back home.

Relation to SSOTC: She and her rider caught little reek raiding the supply wagons (as stated in the movie) when they were delivering a message to the conlonel
