Other Relatives: his uncle is Spirit, his greatdam is Esperanza

Friends: Spirited, a chestnut in Spirit's herd named Sunset and a roan in Halt/Legend's herd

Enemies: Nuri, a colt who wishes to steal the herds fillies.

Likes: Running, rolling in grass, fighting just for pure joy, snow grass, his mothers lessons, new preety fillies who join the herd.

Dislikes: Being beaten in a fight, Nuri, Spirited thinking he is better then him.

Dreams: To become leader of either his parents herd or make his own herd and to be known as a great stallion.

Fears: to be caught by men and lose his freedom or die in shame by being beaten by another stallion and lose his herd.

Personality: Whirlwind is an honest , brave colt who is like a shadow thanks to his mothers teachings. He is very protective of his mother who proctected him from his farther because his farther thought he was birthed from another stallion. Whirlind is fast, cunning, brave, loyal and honest. Of course like all colts he is very agressive to threats. (colts and humans especialy)

Whilwind and his sister Ilinga were born beside a river and the first thing they saw was their farther sprinting down to his sister, mother and himself and a dun colt traling behind him. Halt reared in front of Legend and tried to attack the twins but their mother held firm and fought just as well as any stallion could. When Whirlwind and Ilinga were older and their farther grew to love them, their mother explained why their farther had tried to kill them. "He was suspisous that your sire was a rouge bay that had been in the area, he'd never lost his temper before that." when Whirlwind asked if their sire was the bay Legend put her head down to graze.

When Whirlwind became a handsom silver colt a new chestnut filly named Sunset caught Whirlwinds eye and he wanted her as his lead or even first mare but he wasn't ready to leave his mothers wing and neither Spirit or Halt had kicked him out of the herd yet so Whirlwind decided to just be friends with Sunset. But Nuri hather ideas. he wanted to leave the herd straight away and wanted to steal some of Spirit's fillys so he could make his own herd. The first filly Nuri targeted was Sunset but Whirlwind, naturaly, wasn't going to stand for that. Whirlwind and Nuri began to fight. Both with their own advantages. Whirwind was named for his speed and Nuri was named for the fire within him so it was a close fight. In the end Whirlwind won but Nuri stayed in the herd and constantly tried to steal Sunset.

Whirlwind now has a group of fillys who he plays with and he is now preparing himself to leave the herd.
