Persona: fun loving, trouble maker, has a good heart, cares deeply for his friends, is a wild spirit, not very responisble, nor does he think to clearly. William tends to be the kind of person who does something first and then thinks about it latter. he doesn't have alot of patience, and it's hard for him to settle down in one area for to long. most people find him un educated but in truth he is very smart, some say he's just a very bad man while others say his life just set him up to fail.

Likes: just being his self, his good friends, thrill, adventure, getting his way, having fun, flirtying witht he towns girls, riding around with stallion and watching the wild mustanges, steping time in the Lakota village, were he feels most at home.

Dislikes: the calvary, the colonel, Comander Able west, and a Calvary member named Paul Garission who has it out for him. when people mak things harder than they should be. Bounty hunters out for his head, and the ones after his friends, the tough of all of his friends leaving him.

History:

William's story to some is a sob story  to some, a legend to others, and a bad memory for most. He left his mark in history for everyone to see, and left everone wondering what was to happen next. WIlliam was born in a small town in earlier new york, his fahter was called out to jion the army under one such Colonel custer's command during the civil war. unforunetly his father never returned form that wa and his body was never found. Many say that was strike one for William, his mother was a strong irish woman who had moved down to america with his father when she was very younge, she was strong enough to do what she had to do and raise Willaim and his brother on her own. she worked by cleaning houses and baking things , many of the people in the town knew her well needless to say the family was well loved.

Times got hard and they moved to Indiana for their jane could find better work, while there she met a woman named Elizabeth who was currently trying to move herslef, but only to Colorado, to be with her husband whow as in the army, Jane and Elizabeth had alot in comon and soon became friends, Willaim would ofen play with their childern but only because they were hte only ones he knew in this state. there his mother meet a mane named WIll Antrim, william at first liked the name purely because their names were almost the same, and he was a well known man aorund the town. the couple stayed together and the whole familly moved to New mexico, were Jane and Will were marryied. about a year after however Will fell ill and died. William was very upset behind this and begian pushing away anyother fatherly figure his mother tried to find for him.during this time jane went back to cleaning houses, washing cloaths, baking pie and now taking in boarder for money, and soon became fondly loved by all the towns folk.

However while things seemed to be lookin gup for William they were just a cover up for the storms to come. Jane had been sick for years now but found it best to keep it away from her two boys she was told she was in teh final stages of a lung cancer, and had not much longer to live. latter that year she died and the two boys were seperated and put into foster families now at the age of 14. he was a perect little child in school and never showed any signs of trouble. His new family however were having some husband and wife problems and Social workers removed billy from their care. He moved intoa hourse that held boarders and did whater jobs he could find to pay for his boarding. at the age of 15 he was arested form stealing from a small market for food, and again at th age of 16 because he was set up my a friend in the boarding house, with stolen guns and other items.however smart thinking willaim found a way to escape from jail and was offically a fugitive.

He feld to Arazona, were he met an Ex calvary criminal from Colorado, who took him under his wing, their he was givin teh alias Kid antrim, they started up a "buisness" of stealing hroses fromt he local amry and saling them for cheap to farmers and whoever else would by them. Willaim was attakced by a rude well kow blacksmith who would often bully him around, this timet he man took it to far and willaim was afraid for his life as he was a slender boy and this man was about 6'3 and fat. billy reacted by firing, needless to say what happend next. from then on willain was on the run, and foudn a lady willign to board him her name was Jonessa bonney, she and her family treated him as their own and they became a close family. But due to the fact that willaimw as on the run he foudn he had to leave before anything happend to them. they lent him a horse and he was on his way. he now used the last name Bonney from time to time in rememberance of them.

At the age of 18 he mooved to New mexco again and stayed with a man named John he was a boarder who also offered work. Willaim how now was known as William H.Bonney wasn't excepted to well by the other borders who were all a bunch of younge men who had bad backgrounds or hard lives. they had alreayd made a tight familiy withen their standing group and willaim as the new kids was not wanted. all of them mocked and gave him a hard time, but La'rosa John's adoptive daughter and John treated him like family. However Willaim was one of those people who are impossible to hate and soon the other boys warmed up to him as well, how they were one big happy family he was even given the nick name Billy, or at least thats what it seemed like. but on new years day John was killed due to a merchant war he had with another cattle man, who was underhanded but well known by the government of the state. the other merchant got away scot free. Willaim, the boys, and La'rosa were made, regulators and were told to find the men to played a part in john death and arrest them. However billy took it to far, john was one to many fatherly figures taken away from him and this time they were all goign to pay. he got ride of all of the men one by one, permently with the help of the boys and la'rosa. however he was never the same and in the end it came down to the army VS the group, and in the end no one one, half of the boys didn't make it and the the rest of the group split up. willaim now greatly know as the Infamous Billy the kid fled to Colorado, were la'rosa and Chavez had returned to for safty no one new about them their and they had refuge in the lakota tribe were Litttle creek, Chavez father was now cheif.

althoug hteir quiet life there didn't last either as billy caused up some more trouble only this time wiht the calvary, and even worse the Colonel, yet when he needed help la'rosa came to help her "brother". chavez staid in hiding. and how La'rosa and Billy were on the run as outlaws once more. La'rosa had a fathfull horse named Delsol who was a wild paint horse she only came to la'rosa's aid when she was in trouble and then would go back to ehr herd. Billy on the other hand stole a hourse from Comander Abel west the colonel nefew, and billy never stole a horse from a person he didn't like, he like abel because he was a good person and didn't like to hurt anyone he wasn't even truth be told calvary material.

Soon La'rosa and Bilyl found a safe place in a small sub navajo tribe, were they had a friend name Paul Garrision, he an billy became like brothers, while they had foudn a simple life there what was left of their old friends was being rounded up for sentancing, the deaht pentaly, they were brought back from every which state (there were only 3 left). so La'rosa nd billy went to help them, and paul, betrayed bilyl and went to help the calvary as the town had made him sheriff. now they wer eonce again on the run, only this time billy was suposed to be taking them on the broken rode to old mexico.

Relation to Spirit: is on the run from the Colonel, was friends with Richard who was a crush of ivory the colonel daughter. stole stallion Conamder Abel west's horse (he is the colonel nefew), grew up with Ivory and james the colonel's kids for a short while. His mother jane was friends with Elizabeth custer the colonel wife. he now lives an dis on the run int he cimarron area. his horse Stallion is a Desendent fromt he Cimmaron herd.

As My Character: Well i was already planing on making a fanfic showing what life was like for the calvary; the colonel and his family and those tied to him, as i am already working on showing the lakota's life was like; little creek and his family. but for story telling sake i wanted to add a the infamous bill the kid into the mix, althoug his story is grealty altered in my version to fitt in with the cimarron story, i feel he will make the story more intresting i thin k i hae sucessfly tied hin in the lives of the calvary and the Lakota. this "story book disney/pixar" billy  will be an interestinf character in my up cooming fanic "Of Coydogs and Calvary" title inspired by "Of Mice and Men"
